Abstract
Alongwiththeeconomicdevelopmentandthemodernindustrydevelopmentsofquickrising,thedesignofthepowersupplysystembecomemoreandmorecompletelyandsystem.Becausethequicklyincreaseelectricityoffactories,italsoincreasesseriouslytothedependableindexoftheeconomiccondition,powersupplyinquantity.Thereforetheyneedthehigherandmoreperfectrequesttothepowersupply.WhetherDesignreasonable,notonlyaffectdirectlythebaseinvestmentandcirculatetheexpenseswithhavethemetaldepletionincolourmetal,butalsowillreflectthedependableinpowersupplyandthesafeinmanyfacts.Inaword,itisclosewiththeeconomicperformanceandthesafetyofthepeople.Thesubstationisanimportancepartoftheelectricpowersystem,itisconsistedoftheelectricappliancesequipmentsandtheTransmissionandtheDistribution.Itobtainstheelectricpowerfromtheelectricpowersystem,throughitsfunctionoftransformationandassign,transportandsafety.Thentransportthepowertoeveryplacewithsafe,dependable,andeconomical.Asanimportantpartofpower’stransportandcontrol,thetransformersubstationmustchangethemodeofthetraditionaldesignandcontrol,thencanadapttothemodernelectricpowersystem,thedevelopmentofmodernindustryandtheoftrendofthesocietylife.
Electricpowerindustryisoneofthefoundationsofnationalindustryandnationaleconomicdevelopmenttoindustry,itisacoal,oil,naturalgas,hydropower,nuclearpower,windpowerandotherenergyconversionintoelectricalenergyofthesecondaryenergyindustry,itfortheotherdepartmentsofthenationaleconomyfastandstabledevelopmentoftheprovisionofadequatepower,anditslevelofdevelopmentisareflectionofthecountry'seconomicdevelopmentanimportantindicatorofthelevel.Asthepowerintheindustryandtheimportanceofthenationaleconomy,electricitytransmissionanddistributionofelectricenergyusedintheseareasisanindispensablecomponent.。

Substationshavebeenequippedwithvariousprotectiondevices,thesedevicesarebasedonlowershort-circuitloadtoamaximumloadconditions,suchasconfigurationsettingsand,therefore,intheeventofthefailurewassimilartothespecificcircumstancesundertojudgebythesystemshouldautomaticallytripprotection,andnowtheprotectionofthewholetriphasbeenaveryshorttime,theliftingofthefault,thesystemwillautomaticallyreclosingdevicesandthegatewaytorestorepowerquickly.Thisistoprotectthelowertheloadisveryfavorable.Thiswillnotonlyprotectthesafetyoftheloadequipmentisinfavorofextendingtheservicelifeandreduceequipmentinvestment,andimprovedreliabilityofelectricitysupply,whichistoimprovetheefficiencyofindustrialandagriculturalproductionisveryeffective.Substationshavebeenequippedwithvariousprotectiondevices,thesedevicesarebasedonlowershort-circuitloadtoamaximumloadconditions,suchasconfigurationsettingsand,therefore,intheeventofthefailurewassimilartothespecificcircumstancesundertojudgebythesystemshouldautomaticallytripprotection,andnowtheprotectionofthewholetriphasbeenaveryshorttime,theliftingofthefault,thesystemwillautomaticallyreclosingdevicesandthegatewaytorestorepowerquickly.Thisistoprotectthelowertheloadisveryfavorable.Thiswillnotonlyprotectthesafetyoftheloadequipmentisinfavorofextendingtheservicelifeandreduceequipmentinvestment,andimprovedreliabilityofelectricitysupply,whichistoimprovetheefficiencyofindustrialandagriculturalproductionisveryeffective.Increaseintheefficiencyofindustrialproductsmeanslowerproductcosts,increasemarketcompetitiveness,whichwillenableenterprisestoincreaseforthenationaleconomyandmakeagreatercontributiontodevelopment.Electricitysupplyreliabilityandotherfields,canimprovepeople'squalityoflife,improvetheirlivingconditions.
Inrecentyears,ascomputersanddigitalcommunicationtechnology,secondarysubstationequipmentisbasicallyacomputer-based.Computerprotection,computermonitoringdeviceinthesubstationhavebeenwidelyused,whichgreatlyraisedthelevelofautomationinpowersystemreliabilityandoperation,hasachievedalotofunmannedsubstations.However,duetodifferencesinprofessionalstandards,differentmanufacturersusedinthedesignofsubstationautomationprogramsarenotthesame,thusleavingthemajorityofusersataloss.
Substationrelayprotection,faultrecorder,localandremotemonitoringnotonlyofdifferentfunctions,andtherealizationoftheprinciplesandtechniquesarealsodifferent.Thus,thelong-standingexpertiseindifferenttechnologiesandthecorrespondingmanagementdepartments.Withthemicroprocessor-basedprotection,computercontrolandremotecomputerdevices,suchaswidelyused,itwasnotedthatdespitethedifferentfunctionsofthesedevices,thehardwareconfigurationisthesame,thecollectionandtocontrolmanyofthesameobject.Thus,itappearsfromtheoverallsituationtoconsidertheideaofsubstationautomation.However,insubstationautomationtechnologies,theimplementationprocessoftherelay,measure,control,remotefeatures,aswellastherelationshipbetweenthem,arestillsomeproblemsworthyofourstudy.

1Systemstructure

1.1Function-orienteddistributedsystems
Afunctionofeachunitcompleted,thesystemfunctionscanbedividedinto:

greatlyimprovedsystemreliability,partialfailuredoesnotaffectthesystem;relativelyindependentmodules,eachaffectedsmall;datasharinggood;systemefficiency;multi-functionintegratedcontrolapproach,makingtheoperationofequipmentmanagementverysimple,lowmaintenance;anti-interferenceability;goodscalability;stationsneededtheSecondcablegreatlyreduced,savinginvestment.
2Dual-busnetworkandasinglenetworkstructure
