Explanation
1.ThisErectionInstructioniswrittenforDG1025/18.2-
13boiler.Astheerectionofboilershalldependupontheassemblysite,liftingequipment,erectionexperienceanderectionenvironment,etc.,thisinstructionjusthighlightsthefundamentaltechnicalrequirementsandnoticesduringboilererection.Theyareusedasareferencefortheunitinchargeofconstructionduringworkingonerectionprograms,organizingandundertakingerection.
2.BoilerinspectionandacceptanceshallfollowthetechnicaldocumentsstipulatedintheContract.SiteerectionmayfollowtherelativecodesofElectricalPowerMinistryofChinasuchastheSpecificationforElectricalPowerConstructionandAcceptance,andshallbeincompliancewiththerequirementsofmanufacturer’sdrawingsandtechnicaldocuments.
3.CommentsarewelcomeforanyincorrectnessofthisInstruction.Ifproblemsarefoundduringerection,pleasetimelyconferwithourDBCSiteRepresentativesonsolutions.
1.0BoilerGeneralDescription
1.1Boilermodel
Thisboilerisdesignedfor300MWsteamturbinepowergeneratingunit.Itisasubcriticalpressurenaturalcirculationcoal-firedboiler,whichadoptsfour-cornerstangentialfiring,singleΠ-shapefurnace,oncereheat,balanceddraft,fullsteelstructureanddryashextractionboiler.Forthedetailsaboutboilerstructure,pleaserefertoBoilerManual(78M-SM)andrelativedrawings.

1.3TheboilerisoffullsteelstructureandreversedUarrangement.Exceptrotaryairpreheatersandbottomashremovalequipment,theboilerproperissuspendedbytopplates.
1.4Theboilerisofairtightstructure,withmembranewaterwallsmadeoffinnedtubesarrangedaroundthefurnace.
1.5PaneldivisionSHandPlatenSHarearrangedattheupperfurnace.WallRHsarearrangedatthefrontwallandtwosidewallsinthepaneldivisionareaofthefurnace.MediumtemperatureRH(32pieces)isarrangedabovethefurnacearch.HTSHandHTRHarearrangedinthelevelpassinturn.Therearpassisdesignedwithsteamcooledwalls.PSHisarrangedattheupperrearpassandeconomizerunderPSH.
1.6TwoLjunstromtrisectorrotaryairpreheatersarearrangedatthetailofrearpass.Wetwater-sealashremovaldeviceisarrangedbelowfurnacecoldashhopper.PCburnersandoilignitersarearrangedatthefourcornersoffurnace.,
1.7Feedwaterheatedbyeconomizerflowsintodrumandaftermixingwiththewaterinthedrum,entersintodowncomers,andthenentersintothelowerheadersforthefront,rearandsidewaterwallsthroughconnectingpipes,andthereafterentersintotheupperheadersthroughrisers.Themixtureofwaterandsteamismixedintheheadersandflowsintothedrumthroughconnectingpipes.Waterandsteamisseparatedbytheseparatorsinthedrum.Thewatercirculationiscompletedinsuchamanner.
1.8Superheatedsteamflowisdividedinto6stages:
fromsteamcooledroof→steamcooledwall→PSHtubes→paneldivisionSH→platenSH→finalSH.Theinletandoutletheadersforeachstageofheatingsurfaceareconnectedwithlargecaliberpipelines.
1.9Reheatedsteamflowisdividedinto3stages:
fromwallreheater→medium-temperaturereheater→finalreheater.Wallreheateroutletheadersandmedium-temperaturereheaterinletheadersareconnectedwithlargecaliberpipelines,whilemedium-temperaturereheateroutletheadersandfinalreheaterinletheadersareconnectedwithsmallcaliberpipelines.
1.10Thetemperatureofsuperheatedsteamisadjustedbyspraywater,whilethetemperatureadjustmentofreheatedsteamisrealizedbyacombinationofburnernozzleswingingandspraywater.
1.11Burnersarelocatedatthefourcornersoffurnace.Burnernozzlescanswing.
1.12Thisboilermayadoptconstantpressure──slidingpressure──constantpressureoperationmanner.
1.13Millingsystemcontainssixmediumspeedpulverizers,amongwhichfourpulverizersareputintooperation,whiletherestonesarestandbywhenfiringthedesigncoal;
fivepulverizersareputintooperation,whiletherestoneisstandbywhenfiringthecheckcoal.ThesepulverizersareZGM123Ntypecoldprimaryairdirectmillingdevices.
1.14Ashremovaldeviceislocatedunderfurnaceashhopper.Thelowerpartofashhopperisconnectedwiththeupperpartofashremovaldevice.Suchdevicesascoolingwell,catcherandsubsequentequipmentarenotinthescopeofDBC’ssupply.
1.15Continuousandperiodicblowdownpipelinesandvalvesareadoptedinthewatersystem.Thefurnace,coilpressurepartsandairpreheaterareequippedwithsootblowerstoremoveaccumulatedash.
1.16Thedrumistheheaviestpartofboiler.Itstotallengthisabout22250mm;
itswallthicknessis145mm;
itsinnerdiameteris1792mm.Thetotalweightofthedrumnotincludingdruminternalsisabout152t.ThematerialfordrumhangerisSA-675Gr70,andthematerialfordrumis13MnNiMo54(BHW35).
2.0ErectionTechnicalDocuments
2.1ErectiontechnicaldocumentstobesuppliedbyDBCconsistoftwokinds:
oneisthedrawingsandtechnicaldocumentsdirectlysuppliedbyDBC,theotheristheproductdescriptionsandtechnicaldocumentsprovidedtogetherwiththegoodsbythemanufacturerorsupplierfromwhomtheproductsarepurchasedbyDBC.
2.2CatalogueofdrawingsanddocumentsdirectlysuppliedbyDBCisinaccordancewithGeneralPartsListofBoiler78M-MX,andthedrawingsanddocumentsforboiler#1and#2aredistinguishedbyusingMX1,MX2andtheirjobnumber.GeneralPartsListofBoiler78M-MXincludestwoitemssuchas“BoilerProper”and“CatalogueofDataforothermanufacturersorsuppliers”.Thetechnicaldocumentsin“BoilerProper”shallbetotallysupplied.Thetechnicaldocumentsin“CatalogueofDataforothermanufacturersorsuppliers”,ifmarkedwith√inthecolumn“toBeProvidedforClient”,shallalsobesuppliedexceptthedocumentsincludedin“BoilerProper”.
2.3ThetechnicaldocumentsofeachpartshallbeinaccordancewithitsrelativeDrawingList.Ifthecolumn“ErectionDrawing“intheDrawingListismarkedwith√,theerectiondrawingshallbeprovided.
2.4Thetechnicaldocumentsofpurchasedpartsshallbeenclosedinthepackingcasesanddeliveredtothesitewiththeseparts.
3.0ErectionPreparation
3.1GeneralRequirements
3.1.1Theerectingsectionmustbewellpreparedpriortoerectiontogetfamiliarwiththeerectionequipmentandtechnicaldocumentsandconfirmthattheequipmentanddocumentshavenodefectormistake.
3.12AnydiscrepancybetweenthedocumentsofDBCandthedocumentsofDesignInstituteorbetweenthedocumentsandtheircorrespondingequipmentfoundduringerectionpreparationshallbereportedtoDBCintimesothatitcanbesettledassoonaspossible.
3.2TechnicalPreparation
3.2.1DBCshallprovidetechnicaldocumentsaccordingtotheContract,GeneralPartsListofBoilerandDrawingList,baseduponwhichtheClientmaycheckthestatusofdocumentdeliveryandfeedthereceiptbacktoDBC.
3.2.2ThedocumentsdeliveredtogetherwithequipmentshallbecheckedandfiledbytheSiteDocumentationManagementintime.ForDocumentslistofsomepurchasedfacilities,pleaserefertoBoilerManual(78M-SM).
3.2.3Duringerectiontechnicalpreparation,theerectingsectionshallpayspecialattentiontothefollowingitems:
1)Priortoboilererection,theerectingsectionmustgetfamiliarwithalltherequirementsoferectiondrawings,instructions,documents,etc,.inordertohavegoodknowledgeofdesignpurposeandtechnicalrequirementssothatreasonableerectionprogramcanbeworkedout.Besides,theerectingsectionshallrefertothedrawingsofDesignInstitutetofindoutanydiscrepancybetweenthedrawingsofDBCandthedrawingofDesignInstituteasearlyaspossible.
2)TheerectingsectionshallhavegoodknowledgeofthedivisionofdesignbetweenDBCandDesignInstituteandtheinterfacesbetweentheequipmentselectedbyDesignInstituteandtheequipmentsuppliedbyDBC.
3)DesignChangeNoticeshalldescribethefinalstatusofequipmentdelivered.Theerectingsectionshallcheckthedesignchange,materialsubstitution,packagechange,etc.describedinDesignChangeNoticeonebyoneincombinationwiththecorrespondingequipmenttoavoidanyomissionormistakeduringerection.Whenestablishingtheerectionprogram,moreattentionshallbepaidtocrosserectionofequipmenttoavoidtheoccurrenceofexcessiveerectiondifficulty.
