Academiceducationwillalwaysbeattheheartofauniversity.Inuniversities,sportsandsocialactivitiesshouldbynomeanstaketheplaceofafocusonacademicstudy.WhatIbelieveisthatuniversitiesandcollegesshouldspendadequatemoneyonacademicsaswellassportsandsocialactivities.Forinstance,intheUnitedStates,almostallfamousuniversitieshaveplentyofsportsteamsandsocialgroups,anduniversitiesprovideadequatefinancialsupportwiththeseevents.Noneoftheseuniversitieshaveweakenedtheiracademicstandardsbecauseofsocialmovementsorsports.
