KFJ-2andKFJ-3seriestippertrucksystemismycompanyin1956and1993alargenumberofmarketduringthetippertrucksystems,mainlytrucksTieniu+platform+thegroundpickinguphook-axistruckscartsways,etc.AddheavytippertrucksslippedbyTipperpushedthemachineaxisofemptycartswillmoveintotheemptycarstoTaiwan,oremptylines,carsfromtheplatformtomoveontothecartaxiswillemptyintotheemptylinepractices.Thistippertruckunloadingsystem,theMinistryofRailwaysintheresearchanddevelopmentovertheC70gondolacar,themainproblemoftheexistenceofthefollowing:

2.2.1Problems
(1)vehiclesusedin17#coupler,couplingthetwovehiclescannotbeopenedonthedecline,thereisalowercoupleroccasionalprominentTaiwan.Taiwanoccasionallocomotivewithhookdiallocatedbelowthetongueofthehookpositiondetectiondeviceinterference.
(2)asaresultofC70thantheexistinggondolacar(C50except)arelong,accordingtotheoriginallimitthelocationofthevehiclepositionintheroll-overmachine,theboardcannotrelyonthesidecolumnstoholdallthegondolacar.
(3)C70forthebogiecenterdistance9210mm,accordingtotheoriginallimitswitch,tomoveupcarsroundtablecannotbeagoodroundupoftheC70toliveright.
(4)increasedasaresultofloadcyclingC70allocatedcarmaynotbesufficienttractionmachine,causingdamagetothedumper.
2.2.2solution
(1)hookextractionplatformmustbeabolishedatthescenepickedhookplatform,thetrainbetweeneachgondolawillbepickedhookartificialhookpick.
(2)Theallocationofvehiclesmachinehooktonguepositiondetectiondevicewillbedamaged,mustbeamended,tobeusedtoswitchdevicesonthewaytohooktheheadoftheDepartmenttosolvethisproblem(seeFigure3)(duetothelimitedfieldspacesmaybedifferent,theconnectionlimitswitchDimensionDepartmentinaccordancewiththeactualsituationofdifferentadjustmentsatthescene).
(3)attentiontovariousadjustmentsontothescene,thefirstallocationofcarsdrivethehighhookposition,sothatthelocationofthehookthefirsttripintheentireworktomeettheapplicationrequirements.
(4)ThesystemmustbeallocatedtocarUnloadingmachineledmodifytheprocedurestoavoidtheleadcarasaresultofincreasedloadcausedbyfaultyequipment.Namely:
C70cyclingloadincreased,leadingtospeeduptheprocessoftractionloadincreases,theneedtoacceleratetheappropriatetimeintheoriginalbasistoacceleratetheextensionoftime,byadjustingthefrequency-relatedparameters.Ifyouneedtoensurethattheoperatingefficiencyoftrucksystem,thenitisnecessaryto

C70wheelvehicletomovenexttoTaiwanonlyblock,andthepusherheadandC70hookhookgondolaisnotthefirstconflict.Limitswitchsuchastheoriginaldoesnotmeettherequirements,itwouldtaketochange.Suchaschangingthelocationofthepusher,thepushershouldbeattention-drivenwheelandpinionofthestate,nottornoffandtheoccurrenceofrailandrack-orientedphenomenon.
(7)tippertrucksystemisusuallythemaximumdesigncapacityof100t,andnowhasreachedthemaximumload,thetrucktippertippersysteminparticularwilldecreasethelife.Ofthefirsttipper,LaterLiang,suchasreplacementofcomponentstomeetapplicationrequirements.

针对铁道部新推出的C70敞车,提出了各种翻车机卸车系统满足新型敞车的办法。

1概述
2005年末,铁道部推出了大量的70t级系列货车用于替代现有的60t级货车。
70t级货车是更新换代产品,每辆车比60t级货车增加载重16.7%,商业运行速度由80km/h提高到120km/h,采用K6或K5型转向架,高强度耐候钢材质,17号连锁车钩,MT-3型缓冲器,增加了脱轨自动制动装置等。
C70是70t敞车的一种型式。
现有的翻车机卸车系统对其作业均存在一些问题。
为了保护铁路敞车,铁道部要求对现有的翻车机卸车系统进行改造以满足翻卸C70敞车的要求。
2存在的问题及解决方法
2.1KFJ系列翻车机卸车系统
2.1.1存在问题
KFJ-2和KFJ-3系列翻车机卸车系统是我公司于1956年~1993年期间大量投放市场的翻车机卸车系统,主要采用重车铁牛+摘钩平台+地面推轴式重车推车器等方式将重车溜放入翻车机,由翻车机内的机上推轴式空车推车器将空车推入迁车台或空车线,由迁车台上的推轴式推车器将空车推入空车线的作业方式。
这种翻车机卸车系统在翻卸铁道部研发的C70敞车时,主要存在以下问题:
(1)C70采用17号连锁车钩(见图1),17号连锁车钩在垂直方向不允许两个连挂的车钩有上下相对运动,使摘钩平台无法摘钩,无法实现重车到翻车机间的溜放作业。
