Unlikemostotherholidays,thehistoryofAprilFools’Day,sometimescalledAllFools’Day,isnottotallyclear.Theonlypointintimethatcanbeagreedonasthebeginningofthistraditionwas1582,inFrance.Beforethatyear,theNewYearwascelebratedforeightdays,beginningonMarch25.ThecelebrationreachedthehighestpointonApril1.Withthereform（改革）ofthecalendarunderCharles1X,thetheGregoriancalendar（公历，阳历）wasintroduced,andNewYear’sDaywasmovedtoJanuary1.
