作为设计师,思路应当有哪些变化呢?
其实做一名设计师或做任何事情最难的就是转变思想,所以我盼望在接下来的十八分钟,跟大家共享一下我们公司跟我,怎样走过的这二十年,我怎样去转换本人,我们怎样去看待这个产业。
我以前是从学平面设计开头,然后开头开公司,其实这个转变我始终在探讨,究竟设计师在做什么事情?
其实设计基本上就像学英文一样,学完以后,其实只要两种人把英文拿来应用。
一种人就是把英文写成了哈利波特,另外一种人是用英文传简讯,跟他讲我明天要去跟你碰面。
这两种人都是在用英文。
所以我觉得设计师也是一样,我们今日学会了设计,那我们要拿来做什么是很重要的。
我觉得大部分公司在做的,就是在传简讯,是一个特别不重要的事情。
根本没有做到像哈利波特那样可以有那么大的影响力。
所以为什么设计师不会受敬重?
我们没有影响力,我们也不会在五百强的企业里面,就是由于我们做的事情跟世界上的企业的运作是没有关系的。
所以我觉得大家要熟悉这一点,我们做的事情其实是不重要的。
这样我们才会开头去做一些比较重要的事情。
在学校我们可能学的只是设计,可是出了校门,就要学着做全部的事情。
就是说我们不能够再把本人跟史塔克跟MarcNewson来比,由于这都是设计师。
他们也做得不错,他们一年赚三亿,对许多人来说是很好了。
可是我觉得我们应跟这一群人比,跟SteveJobs跟Madonna跟Richardbranson,他们是我个人很喜爱的人。
那这些人做了什么东西跟我们设计师不一样呢?
做为一名设计师的新标准,不应当只晓得设计,由于这个是特别简洁的,也是最基本的,大家去念四年高校,然后开头做设计。
但是我们还是需要对社会上的其他事情有所了解的,我认为设计师并不笨,只是我们被训练只做设计,可是我不觉得这个是设计师独一可以做的到事情。
所以我认为我们的竞争对手,不应当是另外一个设计师或是某个广告公司,我们应当跟科学家、医生、律师、跟很好的政治家等社会上全部的精英分子来做比较。
那究竟我们跟他们比什么呢?
你今日称本人是一个设计师,那究竟我们在做些什么事情?
我们的影响力又是什么?
我们能够转变什么?
假如不能够转变什么,我觉得最好第一天就接受,我做的事情其实是没有影响力的,我觉得这样也很好,我们就接受这样的生活,可是不能怪这个社会对设计产业本身的不敬重,由于我们的确没有方法转变一个咖啡厅倒闭的命运。
3.请问如何更乐观更欢乐的工作
「我们信任工作会带来幸福欢乐,但是能不能反过来想呢?
」其实,每个人幸福的程度可以由身处的外在环境来猜测,可是现实是就算能够晓得你所处的外在环境,也只能猜测你10%的长期幸福程度,另外的90%不能以外在环境猜测的部分,是取决于你的脑子如何看待这个环境。

4.如何学好一门外语tedtalk
IcameacrossthisTEDtalkyesterdayinwhichChrisLonsdale,apsychologistfromNewZealandtalksaboutlanguagelearning.Hebelievesthatanybodycanlearnalanguageinsixmonthsiftheyfollowthefiveprinciplesandsevenactionsthathehasformulatedafterassessingalltheresearchavailableonlanguagelearning.昨天我看了一个TED演讲,来自新西兰的语言学家ChrisLonsdale讲了语言学习的方法。
在评估了全部语言学习的讨论之后,他总结出了5个准绳、7个行动。
他信任只需服从这5个准绳、践行这7个行动,任何人都能在6个月内学会一种外语。

1.Focusonlanguagecontentthatisrelevanttoyou.专注和你日常相关的语言内容。
2.Useyourlanguageasatooltocommunicatefromday1.从学习这门语言的第一天开头,就把它当做你的沟通方式。
3.Whenyouunderstandthemessageyouwillacquirethelanguageunconsciously.当你明白含义之后,你会渐渐不知不觉地习得这门语言。
4.Languageisnotaboutaccumulatingalotofknowledgebutisratheratypeofphysiologicaltraining.语言学习不是大量学问的积累,而更像是一种生理训练。
5.Psycho-physiologicalstatematters–youneedtobehappy,relaxed,andmostimportantly,youneedtobetolerantofambiguity.Don'
ttrytounderstandeverydetailasitwilldriveyoucrazy.心理形态和生理形态都很重要:
你需要开心、放松,最重要的是对于模棱两可要有肯定容忍性。
对于细枝末节不要过于纠结,由于那会把你逼疯的。

去听听语言节拍和说话模式。

身体语言和面部表情会有所关心。

4.Focusonthecore–usethemostcommonly-usethewords,andusethelanguagetolearnmore.把留意力集中在核心部分——使用高频词汇,利用你已经学会的东西学到更多。

留意,语伴不会订正你的错误,但能够用正确的语言、你明白的语言来对你的表现做出反馈。
6.Copytheface–watchnativespeakersandobservetheirface,andparticulartheirmouthmoveswhenthey'
respeaking.仿照面部表情——有些人的母语正是你要学习的新语言,你要观看他们讲话,观看他们的面部表情、尤其是讲话时的嘴型。
7.“Directconnect”tothetargetlanguage–findwaystoconnectwordsdirectlywithimagesandotherinternalrepresentations.在大脑和目的语之间建立“直接联系”——想方法让语言和大脑中的图像或其它内部表象产生直接联系。
