摘要本次毕业设计为合肥地区加油站钢结构设计,此次设计主要进行的是结构设计部分。
本次设计过程主要分为三个阶段:
首先,根据设计任务书对本次设计的要求,通过查阅资料和相关规范确定出结构设计的基本信息,其中包括荷载信息、工程地质条件等。
然后,根据设计信息和功能要求进行结构选型并利用空间结构分析设计软件MST2008进行初步设计。
本次设计主体结构形式采用正放四角锥网架结构,节点形式采用焊接球节点,支撑形式采用四根钢柱下弦支撑,基础形式采用柱下混凝土独立基础。
最后,通过查阅相关规范和案例进行檩条、节点、支座等部分的设计,并通过整理分析得出的数据,进行了杆件、结构位移等的相关验算,最终确定了安全、可行、经济的结构模式。

First,Accordingtotherequirementofthedesignspecificationforthedesign,throughaccesstoinformationandtherelevantspecificationtodeterminethebasicinformationofthestructuraldesign,includingloadinformation,engineeringgeologicalconditions,etc.
Second,AccordingtotheneedsofdesigninformationandfunctionstructureselectionanduseofspacestructureanalysisanddesignsoftwareMST2008forpreliminarydesign.Thedesignofthemainstructureformusingfoursquarepyramidspacetrussstructure,weldingballnodeform,adoptfourpillarofsteelbottomchordsupport,supportformusingconcreteindependentfoundationundercolumn.
Finally,throughcasesrefertotherelevantspecificationandpurlin,node,bearingandotherpartsofthedesign,andthroughtheanalysisofdata,carriedonthebar,thestructuredisplacement,etc.Therelatedcalculation,finallydeterminethestructureofasafe,feasibleandeconomicmode.

前言
随着近年来国民经济和交通运输的不断发展,国内各类车辆数量的不断增加,同时又没有找到合适的新能源的情况下,化石能源依然是现在所使用的主要能源,致使近年来加油站的数量逐渐增加,不仅有国营加油站,而且私营企业加油站的数量也不断增加。
审视国内的成品油市场环境,一个微妙的变化日渐清晰,那就是作为成品油销售最前端的加油站被推到了市场的最前沿。
本次设计为206国道安徽合肥境内加油站钢结构设计。
设计资料按照安徽省合肥市地区相应规范查取,相关地质资料及其他设计要求均按照设计任务书确定,并按照相应设计规范查取。
本次结构设计内容主要包括加油站顶棚设计、柱的设计、基础设计以及檩条和支座的设计。
按照本次设计任务书的设计要求,本次设计加油站顶棚采用正放四角锥网架结构形式,截面材料选用Q235钢管,节点形式采用焊接球节点;网架支撑形式采用4根钢柱支撑;基础采用柱下混凝土独立基础;檩条形式为C型(内卷边槽钢)截面形式,为了结构具有较大安全储备,在檩条设计时按照简支檩条进行设计。
在进行加油站结构设计过程中,既充分考虑了结构的安全性能设计,又考虑到用料的经济性,以及加油站的日常使用的要求。
在形状、朝向、通风、采光、日照等问题上,均设计时按有关设计规范要求做了相应的考虑。

206国道为国家骨干公路,始于山东省威海市,途经江苏、安徽、江西,终于广
东省汕头市潮汕路路口,全长2440公里。

本次设计为206国道加油站钢结构设计,建设地点在206国道A段安徽省合肥市境内。
