HumanResourcesDevelopmentandManagement
II.Scoreassessment:
Theassessmentmethodofthiscoursetakesacombinationoffinalexaminationandusualperformance.Theclosed-bookfinalexaminationtakes70%ofthetotalscore;thequantityofthetestquestionsisbetween40and50questions;thetypesofthetestquestionsincludeblankfilling,multiplechoicequestions,trueorfalsejudgment,shortanswerquestions,casequestionsanddesignquestions.Theexaminationaimsatstudentsmasteringthebasictheorymeanwhileanalyzingandsolvingpracticalmanagementproblems.
Theusualperformanceis5assignments,whichtakes30%ofthetotalscore(eachassignmenttakes6%ofthetotalusualperformancescore).Toenhancestudents'creativity,writingskills,planningskillsandtheskillsofanalyzingpracticalproblems,theassignments,whicharepapers,arearrangedaccordingtothespecificsectionsofthecourse.

A+=92-100%
A=83-91.9%
B+=75-82.9%
B=70-74.9%
C+=65-69.9%
C=60-64.9%
D=50-59.9%
F=0-49.9%

II.Scoreassessment:
Trainingscoreassessmentistoevaluatestudents’practicaloperatingcapacity,togetherwiththeirattendance,classroomperformanceandtrainingreports.
Trainingscoreassessment=usualperformance(20%)+classroomoperation(40%)+trainingreports(40%)
Requirementsoftrainingreports:
Afterthetraining,studentscarefullywriteasimple,clear,neatandinsightfultrainingreport,whichincludestrainingname,purpose,briefprinciple,summary,andwhattheyhaslearntandunderstood.Eachgroupshouldhandinapieceoftrainingworki.e.everytrainingmodulefiles
Theusualperformanceisassessedaccordingtostudents’attendanceandclassroomperformance.
III.Scores:
A+=92-100%
A=83-91.9%
B+=75-82.9%
B=70-74.9%
C+=65-69.9%
