基于熵权模糊综合评判法的装备理论训练考评

从客户服务质量角度评价军需装备生产供应商,以层次分析法为数学工具,选择可得性、及时性、保质性、交流性、响应性和创新性6个指标,对生产供应商客户服务质量的影响因素建立综合评价决策模型,其评价通过建立层次结构模型、构造成对比较矩阵、计算权向量并作一致性检验、计算组合权向量并作一致性检验等步骤实现。

界定武器装备体系及其作战效能的概念,从评估的主客观程度、得出评估结果的基本途径、评估过程、评估时机4个不同角度对作战效能评估方法进行分类,并对各类方法进行了简要比较。
