For0581,acandidate’sCourseworkgradecannotlowerhisorheroverallresult.Candidatesenteredfor•
Syllabus0581aregradedfirstonComponents1+3+5or2+4+6andthengradedagainonComponents
1+3or2+4.Ifthegradeachievedontheaggregateofthetwowrittenpapersaloneishigherthenthis
replacestheresultachievedwhentheCourseworkcomponentisincluded.Ineffect,nocandidateis
penalisedfortakingtheCourseworkcomponent.7
