1Introduction
Withtherapiddevelopmentofthecontinuousimprovementoflivingstandardsandthenationaleconomy.Eachbigcitybuildingsincontinuouslytothehigh-leveldevelopment.Thereforeliftplayadecisiveroleinourlife.Theelevatorisnotonlytheimportantequipmentfortheproductionprocess,itisatransportationequipmentbythepeoplewithfrequent.Therefore,theelevatorcontroltechnologyisalsoinconstantimprovementandperfection,commonlyusedcontroltechnologymainlyhastwokindsofTechnology:
BasedonPLCcontrolandbasedonMCUcontroltechnologyoftwo.UsetheelevatorPLCcontrol,stableandreliableperformance,butthecostistoohigh.Theelevatorcontrolcangreatlyreducethecostandtheoperationisreliablebasedontheelevatorcontrol,sonowmostcontrolledbysinglechipmicrocomputer.
2oftheoveralldesignscheme
2.1designideas
ThebasicideaofthisdesignistheuseofAT89s51microcontrollerasthecore,tocontroltheuseofitsrichinterfaceandperipheralcircuitwithI/O.Checkthepositionofthetimerdelaytocontroltheelevator,using8bitLEDstaticdisplaytodisplaytheelevatorlocation,anduse74ls245todriveLEDdisplay.Thedeterminantkeyboardmatrixastheexternaltointernalselectioncircuit,becauseitisthe6floor,thechoiceof4*4matrixkeyboard.Whentheelevatorarrivedatthedestinationwhenthemotorstops,thepassengerscanenter,afterenteringtheelevator,passengerscanchoosetowhichalayer,andthentheelevatoraccordingtothepassengerschoosetojudgewhichfloor,continuetorun.Throughthesingle-chipmicrocomputertocontroltheelevatorintherisingprocessonlyinresponsetotherisingcall,dropintheprocessonlyresponsetodecliningcall.Thenormaloperationoftheelevatorisrealizedbysingle-chipmicrocomputercontrol.

3Analysisofdesignprinciples
3.1Designkeyboardmatrixcircuit
BecausethecircuitsrequiredbuttonmoreinordertosavetheMCUI/Oport,thechoiceofdeterminantkeyboardmatrix.Thiscircuitisusedin4*4keyboardmatrix.ThecircuitshowninFigure2,theP1.0-P1.7isconnectedtotheP1portsofthesingle-chip,single-chipscanningmethodusedtorowandcolumntodistinguishthese16buttonswhichkeyispressed,andthelabelreadaccumulatorinsideA,andthencanbecontrolledbySCMelevatoroperationaccordingtoeachbuttonfunction.Thefollowingwilleachbuttonfunctionexplain:

3.5systemsoftwaredesign
Becausethedesignofthekeyboardmatrixtoreplacetheoutgoingselectbutton,whichisthedirectionoftheelevatorcallbuttonandchooseaccordingtothesekeystodecide,sothechiptoscanthekeyboardconstantlytogetthecallstate.Inordertocontroltheoperationofthelift.Thekeyboardmatrixscanningisanimportantpartofthesoftwaredesignofthesystem,inadditiontothestoragekeyinformationofeachlayertokeyboardscan,andthencompareandelevatoroperation,todeterminewhethertheresponseofeachlayerofthecall(elevatoronlyinresponsetothesamedirection,finallycall)isfloordisplaypart,thisdesignisthroughadelaycircuittodisplaythelocationoftheelevator.Thesoftwaredesignincludesthefollowingsections:
