Acityisabasicriversorthroughthemorbelt.Riversincitieslikecoloredwindingbetweensinceancientpeopletosurvive,providetheresourcesandthenutritionofpolitics,economy,history,culture,andcloselyrelated.Alongwiththegrowthinproductivity,economicdevelopment,binjiangroad(river)(hereinafterreferredtoasthebinjiangroad)becomecityisanimportantpartoftheconstruction.Broadlyspeaking,binjiangroadisnotpartoftheurbantraffic,itsetstheurbanfloodcontrolandnetworkconstruction,landscape,environmentalprotection,andhumanisticlandscapefunctionasone,isoneofthecity,thewater,therelationshipbetweentheconstructionofsuccess,directlyaffectstheorientationofthecityandeconomicgreat-leap-forwarddevelopment.Theauthorparticipatedinsomecityhostedthebinjiangroad,thefollowingdesignworkexperience.
2designstandards
Binjiangroaddesign,tofollowthecityplanning,land,environment,networkplanningforfloodcontrol,etc.Nowthebinjiangroadconstructionisavarietyoffunctions,itsdesignstandardsshouldbeintegratedmoreprofessionalstandardandanalysis.Binjiangroadsurfacefromfloodlinearfunctionshouldsatisfytherelevanttermsfortheurbanfloodcontrolstandardrequirements,andstrivetoanysectionoftheflowandsmooth,minimizetheturbulenceanddeposition,inordertoavoidthescourofembankmentandpassage,Fromtheurbanroadnetworkfunctiontermsshouldmeettheminimumrequiredcorrespondingroadengineering,andsmoothcurveelementstosmoothlinear,trafficorganization,Fromthehumanisticlandscapeandlandscapearchitecturefunctionandrequirement,binjiangroadembankmentandline,andinthesunkenreachoutorplatformlandscapeSettings,inordertomaximizetheclosetonatureandoutstandingurbanthemes.Thisstandardandfloodcontrol,roadlandscaperequestfrom,itisrequiredtodesignandanalysisonhydrologymodeltestbasedontheurbanfloodcontrolstandardbasis,andtrytomeetthestandardsandrequirements.Theroadlandscape,Binjiangroadfromfloodcontrolfunctionoflongitudinalboltform,itssurfaceelevation,thefloodcontrolstandardshouldbeequaltothecorrespondingfloodelevation+bulkheadultra-highfrequency,Fromtheroadsurfaceelevationforstandardshouldbeequaltothefloodcontrolstandardoffloodelevation+50cmfrequency,andsatisfytheneedsofthecorrespondingroadengineeringlevelminimumverticalcurveelementsandlongitudinalgraderequirements,Fromthehumanisticlandscapeandlandscapearchitecturefunction,binjiangroadintheverticalsectionwater,belikelongyoumovement.Thedeterminationoflongitudinalcutinfloodcontrolfunctions,inaccordancewiththebasisofcityplanningandrealterrain,butinsomehigherthanthefloodcontrolstandardsandmeetdistrict,binjiangroadroadalignmentrequirementsinitsinspirationonthewholeassignment.Binjiangroadcross-sectionalformaccordingtolandform,investmentandotherconditions,ingeneral,couldbedividedinto3types,asshowninfigure1(asshowninthediagram,erectembankmentgeologicalconditionandlandscape,candesignforwithhydrophilicembankmentslope).Cross-sectionalformoneandtwopracticalinroadsurfaceelevationthaninsidefieldconstructed(the)toformacity,cross-sectionalslopesections(recreationalandgreening)aspart,whichcansavehighquantityandinvestment,thissectioninthelandscape,havethebetterafforestation,Threepracticalinroadcross-sectionalformwithinthefieldofelevationthanroadelevationconstructedinleisureandcity,thegreenbeltasultra-highpart,andavoidtheembankmentraisedinfluencequantities,flatroadrenamedandinvestment.Inlinewiththelinebetweenreinforcedembankmentwithwidthcanbecombinedwithgreenrecreationallandscapedesignrequirementsandadjustmeasurestolocalconditions,andoptimize.

4foundationtreatment
Properfoundationtreatmentisoneofthekeyfactorsofsuccessfulproject,butalsosomeengineeringisoneofthemainreasonsfortheaccident.Binjiangroadfoundationwithgood,fastandsavefortheprinciple,castinfloodseasonbeforeisawinner.BinHeLuleshancityofengineeringrocklitter,becausetheroleasperennialturbulentdigg6mdeeppitpitmud,ifforfillingcofferdamseepagecontrol,engineeringinvestmentwillbeincreasedby30%,Duetothelargeamount,highvelocityindadu,coveringlayerarestronglypermeablesandpebblesfoundationconstruction,usingseveralexcavatoredgeexcavationforcwedgeofcementstabilizedsandgravelandtimelycrushesthesedimentationcrowded,fillouttheweakfoundationforsuccess,protectthesurroundingfoundationforpipingandnotinstability.LangZhongShibinjiangroadmunicipalengineeringfoundationsouthern400mforsandypebbleclipZhongShaweaklayer,weaklayerbelowtheundergroundwaterin100kPabearing,frictionAngle,16°
thebearingcapacityoffoundation,roadsandtheweaklayerslidesafetycoefficient,Inordertosaveinvestmentandconstruction,thedesignadopts75kWvibratoronthefoundationforvibro-replacementstonecolumn,viadetectingcompositefoundationbearingcapacityof550kpa3016Angleandfriction.Meetembankmentneededstabilityagainstslidingbearingcapacityandtherequest,thedesiredeffect.Thesetwocaseshavemaximumsavingprojectinvestment,wonbeforefloodofprecioustime.Domesticseveralbinjiangroadengineeringaccidentinvestigatesitsreasonmainlyasfollows:
1)whenthedesignofembankmentandfoundationoftheclaylayer,crannyweaknessinterlayerslidingstabilitythoughtle-ssslipoutofthewhole,embankment.
2)thestructureandroadbedtreatmentarereasonablysafe,butwhenlargeroadbedconstructionontheedgeofriverterraces,feedingarea,makestructureroadbed,loseslidingresistancelevelfluctuationsineasily,flowingsoil,piping,collapse,makethefoundationstructure,mechanicalparametersreduceandeventuallycrashpoachingbylessfastidious,commonlyknownas"
