　　14fob/fasterms

　　14.1theshippingspaceforthecontractedgoodsshallbebookedbythebuyerorthebuyer'

　　14.2underfobterms,thesellershallundertaketoloadthecontractedgoodsonboardthevesselnominatedbythebuyeronanydatenotifiedbythebuyer,withinthetimeofshipmentasstipulatedinclause8ofthiscontract.

　　14.3underfasterms,thesellershallundertaketodeliverthecontractedgoodsunderthetackleofthevesselnominatedbythebuyeronanydatenotifiedbythebuyer,withinthetimeofshipmentasstipulatedinclause8ofthiscontract.

　　14.410-15dayspriortothedateofshipment,thebuyershallinformthesellerbycableortelexofthecontractnumber,nameofvessel,etaofvessel,quantitytobeloadedandthenameofshippingagent,soastoenablethesellertocontacttheshippingagentdirectandarrangetheshipmentofthegoods.thesellershalladvisebycableortelexintimethebuyeroftheresultthereof.should,forcertainreasons,itbecomenecessaryforthebuyertoreplacethenamedvesselwithanotherone,orshouldthenamedvesselarriveattheportofshipmentearlierorlaterthanthedateofarrivalaspreviouslynotifiedtotheseller,thebuyeroritsshippingagentshalladvisethesellertothiseffectinduetime.thesellershallalsokeepinclosecontactwiththeagentorthebuyer.

　　14.5shouldthesellerfailtoloadthegoodsonboardortodeliverthegoodsunderthetackleofthevesselbookedbythebuyer.withinthetimeasnotifiedbythebuyer,afteritsarrivalattheportofshipmentthesellershallbefullyliabletothebuyerandresponsibleforalllossesandexpensessuchasdeadfreight,demurrage.consequentiallossesincurreduponand/orsufferedbythebuyer.

　　14.6shouldthevesselbewithdrawnorreplacedordelayedeventuallyorthecargobeshutoutetc.,andthesellerbenotinformedingoodtimetostopdeliveryofthecargo,thecalculationofthelossinstorageexpensesandinsurancepremiumthussustainedattheloadingportshallbebasedontheloadingdatenotifiedbytheagenttotheseller（orbasedonthedateofthearrivalofthecargoattheloadingportincasethecargoshouldarrivetherelaterthanthenotifiedloadingdate）.theabovementionedlosstobecalculatedfromthe16thdayafterexpiryofthefreestoragetimeattheportshouldbebornebythebuyerwiththeexceptionofforcemajeure.however,thesellershallstillundertaketoloadthecargoimmediatelyuponthecarryingvessel'
