ProjetcomITS1421ElectronictollserviceusingNFCV03pdf智能交通世界大会ITS智慧城市社区人工智能AI物联网@#@ProjetcomITS1421ElectronictollserviceusingNFCV0.3.pdf智能交通世界大会ITS智慧城市社区人工智能AI物联网IT报告课件教案@#@22ndITSWorldCongress,Bordeaux,France,5/9October2019ITS-1421ElectronictollserviceusingNFCcontactlesscommunicationviasmartphoneGuyFremont,LaurentBessou(sanef)Franois-XavierGodron,AlainDuquenne(Orange)AbstractOrangeandsanefgrouphavebeenlaunchinganexperimentofNFCcontactlesspaymentviasmartphone.Bothpartnerswantedtoanticipatetheneedsandexpectationsoftheirclientsandofferthemnewservicestofacilitatetheirdailycommutes.ThepurposeofthisinitiativewastotesttheNearFieldCommunicationtechnologyappliedtotollpaymentonmotorways.ThesanefgroupchosethetollplazaofMontesson,ontheA14,toexperimenttheservice.OrangehasdevelopedthemobileapplicationandimplementedtheITinfrastructure.33Orangeandsanefvolunteersemployeesandcustomers,testedthesystemtodetectfaults,areasforimprovementandtoevaluatethebenefitsoftheservice.Lessonswerelearnedinthetechnicalandergonomicsfieldsthankstotheexperimentation.Forinstance,forafuturedeployment,sanefshouldadaptandimprovetheNFCreaderintegration,shortenandfacilitatethesubscriptiontunnel,proposedifferentpaymentmeansandadaptthecommunication.KeywordsElectronictollservice,nearfieldcommunication,smartphoneapplicationElectronictollserviceusingNFCcontactlesscommunicationviasmartphone2IntroductionSanefandOrangehaveconcludedin2019apartnershipinordertodevelopandexperimenttheuseoftheNFCtechnologyonmobilephonestogothroughtollmotorways.sanefispartoftheabertisgroup,thelargestoperatorintheworldfortollmotorwaysandtelecommunicationsmanagement.Thesanefgroupemploys3500peopleanddailyoperatesanetworkof1902kmofmotorways,outofalargepartindirectconcession.Orangeisoneoftheleadingtelecommunicationoperatorsintheworld,withanannualrevenueof41millionin2019and150000employeesonSeptember30,2019,outof99800inFrance.Presentin30countries,theOrangegroupserved240millioncustomersintheworldonSeptember30,2019,outof182millioninmobilecommunicationsand16millioninfixedbroadband.OrangeisalsooneoftheworldleadersfortelecommunicationservicestomultinationalcompaniesundertheOrangeBusinessServicesbrand.OrangeislistedonNYSEEuronext(symbolORA)andonNewYorkStockExchange(symbolORAN).Thepartnershipconcludedwithsanefisanextensionofinitiativesalreadyundertakeninthefieldofpublictransportandairtransport.NFCNearFieldCommunication-isashortrangecommunicationtechnology(severalcentimetres),thatequipsthenewbankcardsandalreadymorethan7,2million1mobilesphones(smartphones).TheNFConmobilephonesisusedasanadditionalidentificationandpaymentmeanfortollmotorways,complementingtheexistingmeanslikethebankcardandtheelectronictollcollectionserviceLiber-T.TheframeworkoftheprojectTheprojectiscarriedoutaccordingtoarealpartnershipbetweensanef,OrangeanditssubsidiaryOAB(OrangeApplicationsforBusiness)andresultedinthesigningofacontract.TheprojectalsoinvolvesBipGo,sanefsubsidiary,responsibleforcustomerrelationshipmanagementfortheelectronictollserviceLiber-TandalsoalotofsuppliersandprovidersofsanefandOrange.Thisisapilotproject,whichincludesafullscaleexperimentwithusersinrealsituationofpassingatandpayingtollfeeswiththeirmobilephone.Thegoaloftheprojectistotest:
