Abstract:
Alongwiththeadvanceofnewcurriculumreformandthequalityeducation,fosteringstudents’autonomouslearningabilityintheEnglishteachinghasbecomeincreasinglyimportant,especiallyinthehighschoolEnglishteaching.Intheteachingprocess,itismoreimportantintheeducationreformforteacherstoexplorenewteachingmethodsandmakeitadapttothecurrentEnglishteaching,tomobilizetheenthusiasmofstudentslearningEnglish,andtoimprovestudents’Englishlearningautonomy.Thispaperstartsfromtheconceptofautonomouslearningandthevalueofresearchingtointroducetherelatedstrategiesofstimulatingstudents'

摘要:
伴随着新课改和素质教育的推进,培养学生的自主学习能力在教学中正显得越来越重要,尤其是在高中英语教学中,教师如何在教学过程中探索出新的教学方法使之与当前形式下的英语教学相适应,如何调动学生学习英语的积极性,提高学生英语学习的自主性,更是在此次教育改革中显得重要。
本论文从自主学习的理念和研究价值入手,介绍了教师如何通过营造轻松的学习氛围来激发学生学习英语的兴趣,帮助学生树立目标和制定计划;
加强英语学习策略的训练,及鼓励自主学习者反思与自评等策略来提高学生的自主学习能力,从而为学生的终身学习奠定基础。

Introduction
Duetotheimpactofeconomicglobalization,theinternationalcommunicationisgraduallyincreasing.Englishlearningisbecomingmoreandmoreimportant.However,inlightoftheinfluenceofthetraditionalteachingthinking,thephenomenonwhichstudentsrelyonteachersstillexistsintheEnglishclassroomteaching.Whatteachersteachisthatstudentslearn,sothatstudentsextremelyrelyonteachersandclassroomandlackgoodhabitsofself-explorationlearning.Atthesametime,intheprocessofteaching,teachersdonotpaymuchattentiontostudents’potentiallearningabilityandfosteringtheirautonomyinEnglishlearning.Therefore,itisthehightimeforteacherstotransfertheclassroomcenterfromtheteachersthemselvestothestudents.
Nowadays,TheNewEnglishCurriculumStandardsclearlyproposesthatEnglishteachinginseniorhighschoolshouldadvocateactive,initiativelearningstyleandtask-basedteachingapproach,constantlyfosterstudents’abilitytolearn,andlayagoodfoundationfortheirlife-longlearningandself-development.1Therefore,thisrequiresthatEnglishteacherschangethetraditionalteachingmodeandadoptthewayofstudent-centeredteachingtohelpstudentsbecomemoreandmoreautonomousinEnglishlearningandmeettherequirementofquality-orientededucationinthenewsituation.Inhopeofbetterunderstandingofthecultivationofseniorhighstudents’autonomouslearningabilityinEnglishlearning,firstlythispaperintroducesthedefinitionofautonomouslearninganditsvalue,andthenputforwardsomestrategiestocultivateseniorhighstudents’autonomouslearninginEnglishlearning,finallyaconclusionwillbedrownbasedonthestudyofthisthesis.

A.DefinitionofAutonomousLearning
Withtheconceptofstudent-centeredteachingproposedinthe1980s,theautonomouslearninghasbecomeaheatedtopicofresearchwithindomesticandforeigneducationalpsychology.Withoutanydoubt,intoday’seducationalautonomouslearningisstillanimportanttheme.However,aboutthedefinitionofautonomouslearning,thereisstillnothestandarddefinition.Differentscholarsgaveoutdifferentdefinitions,butbothofwhichstemmedfromthediscussionaboutthedevelopmentoflife-longlearningandthatoftheindependencethinking.
