Article1Beforesigningthiscontract,thetwopartiesshallreadthiscontractcarefully.Thiscontractoncesignedhaslegalvalidity,twopartiesmuststrictlyperform.

Article2Thiscontractmustbesignedorsealedbytheemployer'

slegalrepresentativeortheprincipalresponsibleperson（PartyA）andtheemployee（PartyB）,andaffixtheofficialsealoftheemployer（orthespecialsealofthelaborcontract）.

Article3Theemptycolumninthiscontract,shouldbefilledinbytwopartiesthroughnegotiation,andshallnotviolatelaws,provisions,andrelevantregulations;

emptycolumnnotneedtobefilledin,mark“/”.

Article4Workinghourssystemisdividedintostandardworkinghours,non-fixworkinghours,andcomprehensivecalculationworkinghours.Theirregularworkinghours,andcomprehensivecalculationworkinghours,shouldbeapprovedbylaboradministrationauthorities.

Article5Theunfinishedmattersofthiscontract,maysignasupplementaryagreement,astheattachmentofthiscontract,andbeperformedwiththecontracttogether.

Article6Thiscontractmustfillinseriously,writelegibly,textbeconciseandaccurate,andshallnotalterarbitrarily.

A.ThePartiesagreetodeterminethetermoftheworkinghourpursuanttomodebelow:

1.Standardworkinghourssystem.PartyBshallworkforhoursaday,andhoursaweek.PartyAshallguaranteethatPartyBhasatleastonedayoffinaweek.

2.Non-scheduleworkinghoursystem.ThepositionofPartyBpracticesnon-scheduleworkinghoursystemaftertheapprovalofthelaboradministrationauthority.

3.Systemofcomprehensivecalculationofworkinghour.ThepositionofPartyBpracticessystemofcomprehensivecalculationofworkinghouraftertheapprovalofthelaboradministrationauthority;
