3.设计方案及工艺说明
根据原料性质,确定采用精馏工艺方法分离各组分,最终得到99.9%以上的异丁烷产品。
原料首先经过脱轻组分塔(T-101)脱除C3以前轻组分,然后进入异丁烷精馏塔(T-102A、B)进行正异丁烷的分离,塔顶得到异丁烷产品,塔底得到正丁烷产品。
(1)脱轻组分塔:
塔径800mm,50层塔板,塔盘间距350mm;
(2)异丁烷精馏塔A:
塔径800mm,55层塔板,塔盘间距350mm;
(3)异丁烷精馏塔B:
