定时间、定地点、定内容、定中心发言人;
备教材、备课标、备教法、备学法、备教学手段;
统一三维教学目标、统一教学重难点、统一教学进度。
三、备课内容
1、三到六年级选择部分教学内容,共同探讨教学重点难点以及突破重难点的想法,实施的教学策略及方法。
2、继续深入探索高年级英语课堂教学模式。
四、操作程序
1、个人初备
个人备课,钻研教材,收集相关素材,按教学设计要求写好教案。
确立中心发言人,在集体研讨前,写出详细的主讲稿。
2、集体议课
议课主要从教学目标,教学重难点、教法、学法、教学时数、教学构思、教学设计等方面进行。
中心发言人介绍自己的教学构思,其他教师分别发言,对本单元内容进行重难点分析、资料补充、教学环节的研讨,初步形成教学设计预案,最后备课组长作小结,中心发言人对议课活动作详细记录。
3、完善整理
中心发言人在集体议课的基础上进一步完善、整理,形成规范的教学文本设计。
4、设计补改
设计补改主要是体现教师的个性化教学,备课组成员在中心发言人规范的教学设计上,根据自己的教学风格、班上的学生情况及自己对教材的独特处理等方面,再作调整补改,形成自己的课堂教学实施方案。
5、教学反思
实施课堂教学后,主备人要写出教学反思,捕捉教学中最深刻、最难忘的亮点或不足,批判地考察自我的教学行为,努力提升教学实践的合理性和提高教学效能。
主要方式是观察、回顾、诊断、自我监控等,主要包括以下几方面内容:
一是成功的经验,二是失败的原因或不足之处,三是教学机智和技巧,四是学生创新的火花等。
