Forasixthyear,theUniversityofSouthernCaliforniainLosAngeleshadthemostforeignstudents.ColumbiaUniversityinNewYorkwassecond.OtherschoolsinthetopfivewereNewYorkUniversity,theUniversityofIllinoisandPurdueUniversity.
UnlikeAmericanstudentsinothercountries,whooftenchoosehistoryandlanguagestudy,theleadingareaofstudyintheUSAwasbusinessandmanagement.Secondwasengineering.
