的规定，甲、乙双方经丙方居间介绍，在平等、自愿、公平和诚信的基础上，经协商一致，就乙方承租甲方的房屋事宜，签订本合同，以资共同遵守：

二、租赁用途

五、保证金（押金）和其他费用
