1)Fromthetitleofthereadingmaterial,wecanknowthe main topic is about the friendship, while thefriendshipisveryspecial,notonlybecauseitoccurredbetweenapersonandadairy,butalsoithappenedduringtheWWII.So I will add moreinformationaboutthebackgroundtomakeiteasierformystudentstounderstandAnne.
2)Thereadingmaterialisquietlongerthantheylearnduringthejuniorschool,andIdivideitintotwoparts.ThefirstisaboutthenarrationofthefriendshipbetweenAnneandkitty(thenameofdiarywhichisgivenbyAnne),whilethesecondpartisaletterfromAnnetokitty.Thoughtherearealsomanynewvocabularyandexpressions,thetopicisveryfamiliartomystudents.Soitwouldnotsodifficultyfortheircomprehension.
