Abstract:
China'
slogisticsindustryhasjuststarted,third-partylogisticsandotheraspectsofthetheoryandpracticearerelativelyweak.ThepaperpointsouttheproblemsoftheThirdPartyLogisticsisthegapbetweendomesticandinternationalthirdpartylogistics,logisticsefficiencyisnothigh,thelackofsystematicmanagement,andlogisticsplatformtobuildlagbehindtheconceptoflogisticsmanagement,andsoon.Analyzedthecausesofsuchproblemsarisingandproposedleanlogistics,smallandmediumenterprisevaluechainalliancesthirdpartylogistics,largethird-partylogisticscompaniessuchasvirtualizationstrategychoiceofthreethird-partylogisticsenterprisedevelopmentstrategies.
