Abstract:

Basedontheconceptofhumanizeddesign,itdiscussedtherestaurantspacedesign.Firstly,itintroducedthegeneralsituationofhumanizeddesignoftheRestaurantspace,andthenitdiscussedhowtoachievethehumanizeddesignofrestaurantspacefromtheaspectsofreasonablelayoutspace,theampleuseoflightcolordesign,environmentatmospherecreatedbyfurnishings,detaildesignsforvulnerablegroupandtherationaluseofenvironmentalprotectionmaterials.Theresearchwillprovidethescientificguidanceforcreatingthehumanizeddiningenvironmentwhichcanmeetthepsychological,physiologicalandemotionalneedsofhuman.

Withthespreadoftheconceptof"

peopleorientation"

peoplepaymoreattentiontothetermofhumanization.Atthesametime,thedesignerspayhighattentiontothehumanizationofrestaurantspace.Modernrestaurantspaceisnotonlyaplaceforeating,butalsoakindofenjoymentandexperienceinhumanlife.Thedesignofrestaurantspaceshouldnotonlyconsiderfunctionalization,butalsomeetthepsychological,physiologicalandotherneedsofhuman.Whafsmore,itshouldalsobefunctional,economical,comfortableandbeautifultoattractpeopleandbringmoresocialbenefitsandeconomicbenefitsfortherestaurantspace.Therefore,thesignificanceofthepaperishowtosolvetheproblemofspacefunctionforusersandshowtheindividualaffectionwithamixtureofhumanization.

Forthehumanizationdesignofrestaurantspace,whatthedesignershouldconsiderarenotonlytheplanefunctionlayoutandotherbasicprinciples,butalsothevisualaestheticsofthewholespace.Thedesignercouldmakesomechangeofthecolor,light,materialanddecorativeformoftherestaurantspacetoachievephysicalandmentalcareinhumanizeddetails.

Themethodsofrestaurantspacehumanizationdesign

Undertheexistingsocialenvironmentandtechnicalcondition,thehumanizeddesignofrestaurantspacecouldbeachievedfromthefollowingpointsofview.Therationaldistributionofinteriorspaceaccordingtothefunctionanddemand.Asthefoundationofthehumanizeddesignoftherestaurantspace,therationaldistributionisanimportantwaytoachieverationaluseofspace[1].Thefunctionallayoutoftherestaurantspaceshouldfitthefeaturesofeachfunctionalspaceandensurethemutualcoordination.Asforthesizeandformoftherestaurantspaceandthecombinationofspaces,thedesignerhavetopayattentiontotherationalityofspacedesign,activityzoning,anddecreasethemutualinterference.Thespacedivisionshouldbehelpfultokeepdifferentdiningareasandtablesfrominterference,andmeetthelayoutrequirementsofallkindsofdiningtablesandchairsandthesizeofeverypassagewayaswellastheconvenientandreasonabledeliveringprocesstosatisfytheneedsofcateringactivities.

Thelayoutoftherestaurantspaceiscloselylinkedtohumanpsychologicalspaceandbehaviourpsychologicalrequirements,sothehumanizeddesignplaysanextremelyimportantroleintherestaurantspace.Psychologicalspacereferstotheinvisiblespacerangearoundpeople.Intherestaurantspace,thesizeofhumanpsychologicalspaceisrestrictedbydifferentbehaviorstosomeextent.Forexample,closespace（40-60mm）isproperforwhisperandotherintimateactivities;

andindividualspace（760-1220mm）isproperforprivatetalkorpersonalaffairsandsoon.Therefore,thespacedivisionshouldkeepdifferentdiningareasandtablesfrominterferenceaswellastheprivacyofprivateroomsandtherestroomandotherrooms.Besides,thelayoutoftherestaurantspaceshouldtakehumanbehaviorpsychologicalrequirementintoconsideration,suchasprivacyandrelyingonpsychology.Thedinnersaremostunwillingtochoosetheplacesnearthedoororpeoplefrequentlygetthrough,astheseplacescouldaffecttheirprivacy.Inordertosolvethisproblem,usuallythedesignerswouldcreatemore"
