单机试车由核五公司组织，业主单位配合，监理单位监督确认，设备厂家技术人员现场指导进行。

11.4Processoftheprojectstand-alonecommissioning项目单机试车的流程

11.4.1Accordingtothecharacteristicsoftheprojectandthesystem,accordingtotheprogressofthetransferoftheownerstenderdocumentsclearlysuccessionrequirements,CNFcompaniesdeterminedtheprojectstand-alonecommissioningstrategyis:

依照本项目特点和系统，根据业主招标文件中明确系统陆续移交的进度要求，核五公司确定的本项目单机试车策略是：

（1）Completesystemmechanicalcompletionpriority,onebyoneaccordingtothesystemdivided

优先、逐一根据系统划分完成具备条件的系统机械竣工；

（2）Afterallsystemmechanicalcompletion,dotheacceptanceofprojectoverallmechanicalcompletion

所有系统机械竣工后，进行工程整体机械竣工验收。
