摘要
由于汽车工业的崛起与发展,汽车物流也在不断进步,在我国,随着经济建设的不断发展和人民生活水平的提高,加之于公里设施的不断建立与完善,汽车的需求量也在逐年上升,但与之伴随而来的是汽车销售价格的不断下降和产能的不断增加,汽车厂商不得不面临巨大的成本挑战,仅仅靠生产工艺的改进、不断开发新产品的投入、廉价的劳动力已无法拉开与竞争对手之间的距离,企业开始把目光转向物流这一“第三利润源”上来。
本文是根据这一社会想象介绍了汽车物流的内涵,分析了汽车物流的的各种供应链模式,以及在这些模式下汽车物流的特点,主要探讨我国目前汽车物流的现行模式和行业现状,重点探析其发展过程中存在的问题和不足,针对这些不足,研究应该如何采取相应的措施,从而改变现状使之有更好更快的发展。

Abstract
WiththeriseanddevelopmentofautomotiveindustryandcontinuousimprovementofautomotivelogisticsandconstantbulidingandimprovementofmilefacilitiesinChina,thedemandformotocarsisincreasingyearbyyearhoweverfollowedbyconstantdecliningsalepriceandincresingcapacity.whichforcesmotorcarmanufacturerstobefacedwithhugecostchanllenges.Itisimpossibletodistancethemselvesfromthecompetitersjustbyimprovingproductionprocess,imvestmentofnewproductsandcheaplabor.Socompaniesbegintopaytheirattentiontothethirdprofitheadspring-logistics.Theessaybasedonthissocialphenpmenonintroducesthedefinitionofautomotivelogistics,analyseitscurrentdifferentsupplychainmodesandcharacteristics,mainlydiscussitscurrentmodesandsituation,analyseitsproblemsanddeficiencyduringitsprogressandstudyhowtoadoptcorrespondingmeasuresforbetterandfasterdevelopment.

浅析我国汽车物流的现状与发展研究15
前言
早在20世纪60年代,人们就形容物流是“一块未开垦的的处女地”,并把她作为“第三利润的源泉”。
到了20世纪70年代初期,由于竞争的加剧,物流界掀起了革命性的变革风暴,其中,由于汽车工业的崛起与发展,汽车物流业在不断进步,到如今,汽车物流也有了属于它自己的模式。
在我国,尤其是近十年来,随着经济建设的不断发展以及人民生活水平的提高,加之于公路设施的不断建立与完善,汽车的需求量也在逐年上升,据有关数据显示:
过去10年中国GDP年均增长9%左右,而汽车行业年均增长15.3%。
早在2005年汽车年生产总量超过560万辆,成为世界第三大汽车生产国。
未来的10多年,中国汽车需求量仍将保持10%—15%的增幅。
然而,近年来,中国汽车制造企业的竞争开始由“以市场为中心”转变为“以客户为中心”,顾客的消费越来越倾向于个性化需求和高品质服务,这种需求的变化迫使汽车制造企业在产品开发周期和生产周期上变得越来越短,市场的不确定性大大增强。
另外,随着汽车销售价格的不断下降和产能的不断增加,汽车厂商不得不面临巨大的成本挑战,仅仅靠生产工艺的改进、不断开发新产品的投入、廉价的劳动力已无法拉开与竞争对手之间的距离,企业开始把目光转向物流这一“第三利润源”上来。
1汽车物流概述
根据2005年的数据显示,我国社会物流总额为48万亿元,同比增长25.4%,物流业增加值为1.2万亿元,同比增长12.5%,物流费用占GDP的比率达到18.5%。
可见物流业对经济的支撑和促进作用日趋明显,然而作为物流行业最高端最科学的汽车物流来说,其健康快速发展也已是当今热门的经济话题之一了。
1.1汽车物流内涵
1.1.1汽车物流概念
汽车物流是集现代运输、仓储、保管、搬运、包装、产品流通及物流信息于一体的综合性管理,是沟通原料供应商、生产厂商、批发商、零件商、物流公司及最终用户满意的桥梁,更是实现商品从生产到消费各个流通环节的有机结合。
汽车物流是实现汽车产业价值流顺畅流动的根本保障。
对汽车企业来说,汽车物流包括生产计划制订、采购订单下放及跟踪、物料清单维护、供应商的管理、运输管理、进出口、货物的接收、仓储管理、发料及在制品的管理和生产线的物料管理、整车的发运等。
汽车物流是物流领域的重要组成部分,其中,汽车整车物流及其零部件的物流师各个环节衔接得十分紧密的高技术行业,是国际物流业公认的最复杂、最具专业性领域。
随着我国汽车工业的飞速发展,在成本控制变得越来越重要的今天,汽车物流的成本控制也日益成为人们关注的焦点,通过资源整合来降低物流成本已经成为汽车企业所必须面对和亟待解决的问题。
