Abstract:
Diedesigningisademandingandhardwork.Todesignaseparatedieforeachproductistimeconsumingandexpensivetask.Thispaperpresentsanideaofsetsofstandardreferencedies.itgivesaconceptofflexiblediedesigningusingareferencestandarddiedesignedinapopularcommercialCAD/CAMsoftware—Pro/Engineer.Ratherthandesigningaseparatedieforeachpart,justupdatethediedesignbyselectingthediedimensionsasrequired.Theuseofthisconceptwillprovetoreducetimeandcostofproductinmanufacturingindustry.

Atpresent,theindustrialdevelopedcountriesandregionsinthemoldindustryhasbeengraduallystandardizeandserialization.InChina,althoughthemajoritydiewithintheenterpriseshavebusinessstandards,butgenerallynothighdegreeofstandardization,standardizationofstampingdieinthedie-limitedpartsoftheparts.Toachieverealsavingsstampingdiedesigntimeandshortentheprocessingcycle,costsavings,reducedesignandmanufacturingstaffworkloadpurposes,itneedstodevelopaflexiblestampingdiedesignsystem.Atthesametime,stampingdieserializationofthescopeofstandardizationandcannotbeconfinedtodie-partofthefixedpanels,boards,thetopplateunloadingdevicecommonlyusedcomponentssuchasstampingorevendiestructure,weshouldachieveserializationandstandardization.
AsCAD/CAMtechnologyinthedesignandmanufacturedieinthecourseofextensiveapplication,itshouldfirstbestandardizedstampingdiefromtheCADsystembegan.Somelarge-scalecommercializationoftheCAD/CAMsoftware,suchasPro/E,UG,andsoon.Havedevelopedaspecializedinjectionmolddesignpackage.Andstampingdiedesignforthespecialsoftware,usersneedtobedeveloped.

Pro/EngineerbytheUnitedStateshasdevelopedasetofPTCCAD/cAM/CAEsoftware.Pro/EusingasingledatabaseAndfeature-based,thedesignparametersofthemodel,providesuserswith1Thedevelopmentisveryconvenientforstampingdieflexiblesystemoftoolsjuice
1.1FamilyTable
FanailyFableknownastheFamilyTable,thestructureusedtocreatethesameorsimilarpartsofthesizeandcharacteristicsofthestandardizeddatabasetables,isdevotedtotheestablishmentofastandardpartslibrarytool.Theuseoftheformerfirstfamilytabletocreateagenericrepresentationofthecomponents(thegeneric),accordingtotheneedtotargetandthenaddedtothefamilytableaseriesofmanagement.
Familysheetmanagementcanbetheobjectofasize(dimension),features(feature),parameters(parameter)andassemblyparts(component),andsoon.
Afamilytablecanhavemultiplelevels,thatisagenericpartscancontainmultiplesub-components(instance,alsoknownasexamples),andeachInstancecancontaintheirownSubInstance.Dischargescrew(stripper-bolt)thefamilytablestructureasshowninFigure1.

1.2Relations
Relations(relations)betweenmathematicsandprocedures,includinggrammar,anditsmainroleistobepartorassemblyoftherelevanceofthedatabysizesymbols,andotherparametersofgrammar(syntax)toestablishmathematicalformulatomeetthedesignrequirements.Pro/EsystemofrelationscanbefoundinSketch,Feature,PartandintheAssembly.Simplesentence,judgementandsentenceistoestablishrelationsofcommonformat.Simplesentencethatasimplemathematicalrelationshipbetweenthesizeofdirectresponseassociatedsituation.Theuseofsimpleformat,suchasd6=L.BP12*d3.Judgementonthesentenceforcertainoccasions,byspecifyingconditionstoexpressdesignintent,grammarstructure:

Pro/Program(program)isthePro/Eofaproceduraltool,similartoitsgrammarVBAandOfficesoftwareintheMacro(Acer).WhenusersuseofPro/engineertodesign.Theproductofvariouskindsofinformationtodocumenttheformatwillberecorded.ThroughthePro/Prograndocumentediting,canbeachievedonthecharacteristicsofthehide,deleteandre-ordertheassemblyofcomponentstoaddandreplacementoperation.Thesefeaturesstampingdiesfortheestablishmentofstandardpartslibrary,standardsandflexibledesignstructureofthesystemisveryuseful.
Programfilesinthestructurecanbebroadlyclassifiedintothetitle,setofparametersrelationship,toaddfeatures(parts)andupdatingthequalityattributes,suchasfiveparts.In"INPUT…ENDINPUT"Xiaolocatedbetweentheparametersofthe"RE1ATIONS…ENDREALATIONS"relationsbetweenthevariousaddinthe"ADD…ENDADD"andaddedfeatures(partmodule)orparts(assemblymodule).Pro/Programprovidesthreetypesofparameters:
NUMBER(numerical)STRING(string)andYES-NO(it).
2.Standardsmoldbaseofthedevelopment
2.1StandardsmoldbaseClassificationandorganizations
Die-stampingdieisanimportantpart.Thetypicalmodel-therearethreetypes:
rear-guided-mode(backpillarsets),themiddle-guided-mode(centerpillarsets)andtheguided-mode-angle(diagonalpillarsets).Eachtypeofdie-alsoincludesavarietyofspecifications.AccordingtoDieboundarydemarcationsize,rear-guided,inaL×B-22specifications,D0specifications6(L=B),middle-guided,inthenine-D0specifications,theguided-mode-KokL×Bspecifications7[2-3].
Inordertofacilitatethemanagementanddatacalls,thestandardmodeofthedirectoryofthebest-establishedinthePro/Einstallationdirectory.Asthreecategories-thelargerstructuraldifferences,itmaydie-therootoftheestablishmentofthreeothersubdirectories,eachsubdirectorycontainsallthecomponentparts-mode,andeachtypeofpartscanbeadoptedPro/ESoftwareforthefamilytable,andtoolssuchastheestablishmentofstandardproceduresforthedatabase.
2.2Standardsmoldbaselibrarybuilding
Die-stampingdiefromthemainmodeontheBlock(upper.shoe),nder-Block(1ower.shoe),I.column(guide.pillar)andI.Case(guidebushing),andothercomponents.Inordertomakestructuralintegrityofmold,canalsodiestalk(shank)assemblytodie-in.Herearerear-dieI.Establishmentofthestandardmethod.
Firstofallthevariouscomponentstocreatethree-dimensionalmodel,andthenthestandardmanualdatainthetableaseriesofsymbolicdimensionaddedtothegrouponJanuary1Editor(canalsouseExcelforediting).Addinthesizeofsymbols,

Commonmodehandlesfourtypes:
pressure-in-stalk,theflange-stalk,Screw-modeandfloatingstemsdiestalk.Ifthefourtypesofmoduleassemblytohandleallthecommon-modemodel(Figure3intheassemblyonlytwokinds),inthegrouptablebytheneedtoenterthemodulehandlespartsofthename,settheparametersofINPUT,withRegenerateCalledwhentheparametersofrenewableordertochoosethemodeofdifferenttypesofhandles.Ofcourse,peoplecanalsodieofthetabledonothavetohandlecharacterswith"N"tocurb,asshowninFigure3-modesystemisusedinthismethod.
3Thedevelopmentofstandardstampingdie
3.1Thetypicalcombinationofstampingdie
Stampingdieinthelargerstructuraldifferencesandestablishflexiblestampingdiedesignsystemsusingthebestcombinationofthetypicalmold.Useofcombinationstodeterminethestructureofthetypicalmoldofthestructure,andthusdeterminethecompositionofthevariouscomponentsdiesizesandassemblyrelations.Commonlyusedcombinationofstampingdietypicalstructure:
