1、测试目的/Purposeofthetests
FAT的目的是为了检查和证明该空气处理机组是按照机械和电气技术规范来正确安装的,并且校对实际测试结果与技术设计的相符性/ThistestingistocheckandconfirmAHUisinstalledcorrectlyaccordingtothemechanicalandelectricalspecificationsandverifytheconsistentbetweenactualtestresultsandthetechnicaldesignparameters.

GB/T14294-2008组合式空调机组/Central-stationairhandlingunits;
GB/T1236-2000(ISO5801.1997)工业通风机用标准化风道进行性能试验/Industrialfans-Performancetestingusingstandardizeairways

6、启动测试/Starttesting
1)风机段在额定电压条件下启动,稳定运转5min,切断电源,停止运转,反复进行三次;/Startthetestingfansectionunderratedvoltage,stablerunning5minutes,thenstoptheunit,repeat3times.
2)检查风机有无反转、紧固件有无松动、风机运行是否平稳等/Checktherotationdirectionoffanisrightornot,ifloosenessornotforfasteners,andthefanrunsmoothornot,etc.
接受标准/Acceptancecriteria:
机组运行平稳,无松动、发热等异常现象/Runningsmoothly,andnolooseningandheating.

7、风量、风压测试试验/Theairvolumeandpressuretesting
1)按下图1连接试验装置,试验装置包括被试验机组、连接管、测试管组成/ConnectthetestingdeviceaccordingtoFigure1,including:

2.1测量机组静压:
用比托管在测量面的管壁上的测压孔取压,将压力计一端与之连接,另一端与周围大气相通,压力计的读数即为机组的静压/Testtheunit’sstaticpressure:

2.2测量机组动压:
使毕托管的直管垂直管壁,毕托管的侧头正对气流方向且与风管的轴线平行,测点位置和点数应该符合表1和图2的规定/Testtheunit’sdynamicpressure:
