新建一文档文件,黏贴复制上面的数据,另存为ss8550.cir,生成cir文件
元件制作方法:
以Multisim为例:
打开“工具”中的“元件向导”在元件名中键入ss8550,
点下一步后,点选择封装
因为8550是三极管,所以选择TO-90封装,再点选择
选择引脚数为3,懂的,再点下一步。
因为要选择三极管电路符号,再点从数据库复制
随便找一个PNP的三极管,后点确定
出现下图,点下一步
点下一步
设置封装引脚
从文件中加载由上面数据生成的SS8550.cir文件
添加系列
点完成
就可以使用了
