Abstract
inthisarticle,weactaccordingtotheprogrammablelogicalcontrolelectriccircuitandthepersonalcomputerbasedon(personalcomputermachine)visualperson-machineconnection(MMI)andthedatacollection(directaction)theunit,designsandcarriesoutanimbleprocessingsystem(flexibleprocessingsystem)theimplementationtocontroltheplatform.Theflexibleprocessingsystem'sessentialaspectliesinittoadaptintheoperatingprocessflexibility.Theprogrammablecontrollerprovidesthefeasiblesolutionflexibilityprocessingsystemapplicationthemethod,usesbasedonpersonalcomputer'sMMI/DAS,reliesontheprogrammablelogicalcontrollertoapplyrapidlyintheexecutionsequencecontrolpolicy.WithmanagesfrontendMMI/DASthepersonalcomputermachinetomakethevisualoperationcontactsurface,fillsthepowerfulgraphandthereporttool.Mayorusesfrompersonalcomputer'sinformationbyacompany'slocalareanetworktheclient-servertechnologytoassign.Atpresent,becausehasforthemicrocomputertechnologyandsoftwareprogrammingtechnologyfoundationgathering,manyuserswilldiscoverthattheprogrammablelogicalcontrollerwillbeonesavesthecostinthemiddleandsmallscalefactoryreal-timecontrolprocessthemethod,whenparticularlytheusemixingmethodwillsupervisepersonalcomputer'stime.Thisarticle'smaingoalliesinthecertificateprogrammablelogiccontrollertorapidandtherepeatedcontroldutysensitivity,andtousethepersonalcomputermachinetoprovidetheinformationautomationtheflowingandtoaccepttheoperatortooperatetheintention,therefore,isalsoprovidesfortheuseralongwiththerequestchange,butchangesunceasinglyamonitoringprocesstool.
1.Introduced
Thatinmanykindsofproductmanufacturingindustries,theproductionautomation'sformisalsoflexibleprocessingsystem(FMS)firstproposedinthe1970s.Afterflexibleprocessingsystem'sappearanceenhancementlaborproductivity,flexibleprocessingsystem'squantitylargescalegrowth(GruverandZimmers1984).Theentireworldasaresultofglobalcompetition'senhancement,theproductioncyclereducesgradually,andtheproductioncostincreasesdaybydayusual,theflexibleprocessingsystemiscomposedofgroupofmachinesoranotherautomatedworkstation,formsstandardizedthesubsystem,forexamplenumericalcontrolmachiningcenter,robot,visionsystemandaprocessstationandsoon.Andthismaterialhandlingsysteminterconnectionusually(Malek1991)actuatesthroughacomputer.Eachstandardization'ssystemneedsastandardizedthecontrolsystem,itsdifferentsparepartbysinglecontroller.Allstandardization'ssubsystemlookedlikeinthepastequallybythecomputercontrol.Thesecontrollerscarryouttheirtaskunderahigherhorizontalcontroller'ssurveillance.Tothesystem,twocontroldevicesandtheinformationflowneedstoautomate.Theflexibleprocessingsystem'sessentialaspectliesinitsabilitytochangealongwiththecontrolduty.Thisflexibilitycanproducethecomponentstypeincludingitquantityandthetype,theexecutivecommand,aswellasimprovesthepartialroutestoflowability.Finally,thecontrolplatformshouldhaveabilitytocausetheinformationflowingautomation。
Usually,some3kindofcontrolplatformusesintheflexibleprocessingsystem:
Minicomputer,miniatureelectronicaccountingmachineandprogrammablelogicalcontroller(Malek1991).Theminicomputerisverysuitablecomplex,large-scale,continual,rulesandregulationscontrolapplication.Theprogrammablelogicalcontrollerusesinrapidandtherepeatedlogicalcontrol.Thepersonalcomputer(personalcomputer)issuitablefortheman-machineinterfacefunction.First,theprogrammablelogicalcontrollerreplacerelay,forintheindustryenvironmentinlandtransportationextension,itmayeasilybyworkshopengineerandtheattendants,isservicedbythefactoryelectrician.Atpresent,becausehasthemicrocomputertechnologyandsoftwareprogrammingtechnologyfoundationgathering,manyuserswilldiscoverthattheprogrammablelogicalcontrollerwillapplyinthemiddleandsmallscalefactoryreal-timecontrolprocessissavesthecostmethod,whenparticularlytheusemixingmethodwillsupervise.
Thisarticle'sgoalliesintheprocessingflexibilityprocessingsystem'smodernizedtechnology.Proposedthatthedesignandthedata-acquisitionsystemdirectactiontheflexibleprocessingsystemwhichandthepersonalcomputercontrolsfortheprogrammablelogicalcontrollerbasedonthevisualperson-machineconnection(MMI)construction.Itsstructureisasfollows:
Thefirst2partsstartfromtheflexibleprocessingsystem'sdescriptiontointroduceintheNewJerseyengineeringinstitute(NJIT)factorycenterlevelmanufacturesystem.3rdpartofdescriptionflexibilityprocessingsystem'soperation.4partsand5partsdemonstratedisthepresentprogrammablelogicalcontrollercontrolandthepersonalcomputergivestheflexibleprocessingsystemaccordingtoMMI/DASintheNJITapplication.6partscontainthisprogrammablelogicalcontrollercontrolandthepersonalcomputertheflexibleprocessingsystemapplicationsuperiorityaccordingtoMMI/DAStheoutline
2.Flexibleprocessingsystem'sdescription1.Oneaboutflexibleprocessingsystemdevelopment'sviewpointasshowninFigure.Itiscomposedofthefollowingseveralparts:
(MacandKamisetty1991;Mat,1987).theS1processingtransmissionsystemitiscomposedof4vehicles,A,B,CandD,thefixedequipmentinstallsaboveeach,toeachworkstationtransportation'stwoshifttable,TT,TT2anddoublefeedwaymaterial.
ProcessessystemtodevelopamixnimblyprogrammablelogicalcontrollerplatformtheNASA11numericalcontrolmillingmachines,themillingmachinemakeseachdifferentpartaccordingtothecomputercontrol.GeneralElectricCompanyP50.Asharingrobotusesfortoloadandunloadaswellasdeliversinthenumericalcontrolmillingmachineandbetweenthetransportingstandsandtransports.Itcontains5computerprogramswhichassignsbytheprogrammablelogicalcontroller.Thecomputerprogramcontrolrobotloadingplacesdeliversbetweenthesystemandthecaraswellasthenumerically-controlledmachinetoolandcar'smaterial.Finallytwoproceduresareacceptingortherejectioncomponentscomplete.Thepartdeliversstandsthisstationincludingagravityslantingslot,providestheunfinishedrawmaterial.Thisstationalsocontainstwotypewarehousesoneacceptscomponentsrejectioncomponentscomputervisionsystem.Thevisionsystemprovidesthevisibleself-supervisorypart.Itisthemenuactuation,64stepdensitystepsedgedetectionsystem.DrillholemachinehastheautomaticdrillholefunctionIBM7535industryrobotinbrief,theflexibleprocessingsystemhastwokindofrobots;first,thenumericalcontrolmillingmachine,anotheristhematerialshiftexpulsionsystem,supervisesincludingthevanandthelimitswitchandbyGeneralElectric'ssixprogrammablelogicalcontroller,bybasedonpersonalcomputer'smachinevisualMMI/DASmonitoringvisionsystem.
3.operationdescriptiontheflexibilityprocessingsystem'sactioncyclecarriesonbythefollowingway:
(1)Atfirst,transportingsystem'sallfourvansarespatialmayuseforrawmaterialtoinstalltodeliverthestation.the.
