Since2005,DigitalArtCollegeofShanghaiUniversitytodoaseriesofinnovative,research-orientedstudentstodeveloptheeffortsandattemptstocarryoutacapacity-basedcurriculumdesignandteachingstudentstoresearchonthedigitalcollegestudentstodoasamplesurveyofexistingcapacitytest,andabriefanalysisofthequalityofstudentsattheschool,raisedatargetedteachingprogram.

AcreativedesignthinkingcurriculumAbility-basedtrainingtoeducators,studentsputforwardhigherrequirements,especiallystrivingforfirst-classresearchuniversityistheabilityofschool-basedteachersshoulddevelopstudents’advocate,communicatorsandpractitioners.
Inrecentyears,ShanghaiUniversityCollegeofDigitalArtsiscommittedtoinnovationandpersonneltraining,theauthorbasedontheabilityofstudentstodevelopalsoanumberofattempts.IputthisabilitytodevelopcreativesummarizedasAC(ArtCapacitypersonneltrainingcapacityofitsconceptoftheperformanceoffivepartofthefirstlayerofthedesigncapacityfortheAC-basedtraining(Base,namely,theabilitytogeneratelayer,focusingonlower-gradestudentsfromthebeginningtotheartofsolidbasicknowledgeofconstructionandcombinationofskillspracticefortheendofthesecondlayerisdesignedtoACcapacitytodevelop(Advance,namely,theabilityofprogressivelevel,thekeyonthecollegesophomore,toenablestudentstoenterthesemi-autonomousteaching,atacertainlevelofprofessionalknowledge,questionstoguidestudentstobegintosetupthemainissuesactivelearningofacademictrainingcapacityofthethirdlayerisdesignedtooptimizetheACtrain(Super,theabilitytooptimizethelayer,thislayerismainlyreflectedaseducators,curriculumdesignshiftfromsemi-autonomousself-teachinginstruction,andcreateanenvironmentforstudentstocreate,weakeningthecommonfeaturesandpersonalitytraitstostrengthentheteaching,highlightingthelinkteachingandsocialactivitiestoenhancetheindividuality,diversityandcreativityoftheacademicconsiderations,theabilityofstudentstocometothefore,individualizedtooptimizetheabilityofstudentstopromotetheexcellentfourthfloorabilitytodevelopapplicationsdesignedforAC(Application,theabilityoftheapplicationlayer,applicationlayercapabilitiestodevelopmainlyintheformerpracticebasedonthreeaspectsofdevelopment,tohelpeverydayschoollife,thetheoreticalknowledgeintopracticalsolutionstorealproblems,andpracticalwayofsocialcollaboration,andenhancetheinteractionbetweenlearningandpractice,adaptabilityFifthlayerdesigncapacityofprofessionaltrainingfortheAC(Career,namely,theabilityofprofessionalqualityofthelayer,whichistheadvancedstageofdevelopmentbeforethefour-story,Thedesignreflectsthelearningabilityofstudentstotheprofessionalcompetenceofthechange,theroleofstudentsinthescho
