(四)Languagepoints
1.CrossingtheRivertoSchool
cross是动词,“穿越,越过”,主要指“横穿”。
还可以作名词,意为“十字形,叉形符号”。
across既可以作介词,也可以作副词。
crossing是名词,“渡口,交叉点”。
2.Formanystudents,itiseasytogettoschool.
Itis+adj.+todosth.“做某事是.......”
3.Thereisaverybigriverbetweentheirschoolandthevillage.
between...and... “在....和...之间”,连接两个并列的成分。
between/among
(1)between用于两者之间。
(2)among用于三个或三个以上的人或物的“中间”。
