ThetragedyofHamletisatragedyofthetimes.Hamlet'stragedyisthetragedyofhumanism.Hamletisahumanisttypicalconcentratedreflectionofthehumanistinhimtheprogressandlimitations.Hehasmanygoodqualities,sincere,friendly,openandaboveboard,asequals.Hisoutstandingcharacter,embodiesahumanist,heseeseverythinginahumanistpointofview,enthusiasticpraiseofhumanvalues.Hamletalwaysthinksthatmenareallprimates,havetheirownideasandfreedom.ThisOdetohumanity,surepeoplehavenobleinreasonandalotofstrength,andtocreateabetterlifeandagreatcause,isaboldchallengetomedievalreligioustheocraticrules,isbasedon"humannature"againstthe"divine".Hamletagainstthehierarchicalfeudalrelationship,advocatingequalitybetweenpeopleandlove.HedidnotagreewithHuoLaxu"servant"statusrefertohimas"yourHighness",butalsoagainstthesoldiers,hesaid,"loyalty".Heopenlydeclaredthat"beggarsareentities,ourKingsandboastingaheroisthebeggar'sshadow".Thesewererareatthetime.
However,thehamlethasahumanistthinkinglimits.Ontheattitudestowardspeopleheshowedtwoofthehumanists.Asanemergingbourgeoisthinkers,hecanbeclosertothepeople,hewassurroundedbyofficers,guards,streetactors,sailorsonthewarship,andgravedigger.Hamletalsohassomesympathyfortheplightofthepeople.Claudiussaw"peoplelovedhim,"reluctanttodisposeofhim.ButdivorcedfromthemassesofHamlet,hisnation'shopesonthewisegovernanceofthemonarch,hedoesnotbelieve,donotseethepowerofthemasses.HisactionplaninadditiontoHuoLaxu,apersondoesnottell.Therefore,healwaysfeltlonely,depressed,pessimistic,negative,roletoplayintheshoulderandlibushengren.Alone,divorcedfromthemassesisalsoanimportantcauseofthetragedyofHamlet.
