SafetyOperationRules

1Beforethetesting,itisrequiredtoconnectthetestinglinefirstly,andthenopentheinstrumentpower.

2Afterthecompletionoftesting,itisrequiredtopowerofftheinstrument,andthendismantlethetestingline.

3Whentheinstrumentworks,humanbodyisnotallowedtotouchorgetclosetothetestingline.

4Inthewholetestingprocess,thededicatedpersonshallsupervisethesafetyoperationonthesite.

4.1Afterthetestlineisconnectedtotherightplace,switchonthepoweronthepanel,andthentheLCDwilldisplaytheWelcomeinterface（seeFigure1）,onwhichthecurrenttemperature,humidityandtimewillbedisplayed.

Eachgroupofdatahasasequencenumberaccordingtothetestingtime,whenthesequencenumberofagroupofdatasavedcurrentis1,thesequencenumberofgroupdatawiththeoriginalsequencenumberof1willbecome2,andthesequencenumberofgroupdatawiththeoriginalsequencenumberof2willbecome3,andsoon.Thisinstrumentsystemcansavethedataof60times（groups）ofmeasurements.

4.5ThemeasuringdatacanbeprintedintheinterfaceshowninFigure12orFigure14.Connecttotheprinterbeforeprinting.Connectoneendofdatalineto9-pinRS232serialportoftheinstrument,andconnecttheotherendto25-pindatasocketoftheprinter.Thenpowerontheprinter.Thekeyandindicatorissetontheprinterpanel,itindicatesthattheprinterisonlinelineincasetheindicatorison,anditindicatesthattheprinterisofflineincasetheindicatorisoff.Theprintercanworkonlyintheon-linestatus.Theprintercanbesetintheonlineorofflinestatusandtheself-checkingorpaperfeedingetc.workthroughtheoperationkey.

4.5.1Whentheprinterisinthepoweroffcondition,pressthekeyfirstly,thenpoweron,theprinterprintstheself-checkingproofcopy,andthentheprinterwillbeintheonlinestatusafterthecompletion.

4.5.2Pressthekey（holdingfor0.5seconds）,releasethekey,andthenitisallowedtoswitchtheprinterintheonlinestatusorofflinestatus.

4.5.3Intheofflinestatus,pressthekey（holdingformorethan1second）,releasethekey,andthentheprinterwillfeedpaper.Operatethekeywiththesamemethod,thepaperfeedingworkwillstopafterreleasingthekey.

4.6PresstheOKkeyintheinterfaceshowninFigure13orFigure14,incasetheprinterisintheonlinestatusatthismoment,theprintingworkwillbegin.Onlytheprinterisswitchedintotheonlinestatus,theprintingworkcanbeconducted.
