Abstract
Thissystembasedon51SCMcontrolunit,usedforLM2576-wildnumericalcontrolaswitchingpowersupplyoffuzzydigitalcontroltechnology,adjustloadR1,R2proportiontochangeoccupiesemptiescomparedtomaketheoutputstability,andcanbethroughthebuttons,digitaldisplaytorealizeoutputvoltagenumericalcontrol.Inaddition,thesystemtoinputpressure,flow,inputoutputflow,switchtubeoverheataswellastheprotectioncircuit,ensurethatthesystemisstableandreliable.

Plan2: DC-DCtransformtheBUCKtypewithA/Dconverter,andconstantlytestingpoweroutputvoltage,dependingonthepowersupplyoutputvoltageandofthedifferenceofthesetvalue,useofPWMmodulePWMwavesinoutput,directcontrolofthepowersupply.ARMextendedbuttons,digitaldisplaytorealizethenumericalcontroloutputvoltage. Thisschemeissimple,butallthecircuitbydivisioncomponents,interference;AndPWMmodulesingle-chipmicrocomputercontrolprogramiscomplicated,consider52andA/Dprogrambetweenfactors,willcausetheoutputofthePWMdelay,distortion,sothattheoutputvoltageisnotquitestable,andsoon. Plan3: thespecialchippowerLM2576-suchaswild,itstypicalcircuitareasfollows: LM2576seriesofstabilizerwhicharemonolithicintegratedcircuit,canprovidethebuckswitchingvoltageregulators(buck)allsortsoffunctions,candrive3Aload,haveexcellentlinearandloadadjustmentability,andLM2576stabilizerinteriorcontainsfrequencycompensationdeviceandAfixedfrequencyasits,thenumberoftheexternalcomponentscanbeminimized,andeasytouse. Becauseofthisthetopicrequesthavenineoutputsteppingdemand,socantuneinadvanceeachvoltageresistance,throughthecorrespondingkeychoiceoutputvoltage,directlytotheanalogswitch4067chooseresistance,theycangettooutputvoltage. (1)ThepowertransformerUSESastep-downtransformer,thepowergridvoltage220Vtransformintoneedacvoltage.Theacvoltage Afterrectifying,mayobtainelectronicequipmentneeddcvoltage. (2)Userectifiercircuitbridgerectifiercircuitsingle-phase,50Hzacalternatingcurrenttransformationfordirectioninvariablebutstillhasthepulsesizestraight Flowelectricity.Itsadvantageishighvoltageripplevoltage,small,theutilizationrateoftransformerhigh.ThisdesignbyAbridgepileofbridgerectifier,RS808domaximumcurrentcanreach8A,cooperatewiththedesignofthelargefiltercapacitance,sothepoweroftheinstantaneouslargecurrentpowersupplycharacteristics,lownoise,goodreactionspeed,outputripplesmall. (3)Filtercircuitusingcapacitancefiltercircuit,willthepulsationoftherectifiercircuitoutputfilter,getmostofthecomponentsissmoothdctheelectricity.Thiscircuitadopts4700uF/50VlargecapacitanceC3,C4tomaketheoutputvoltagemoresmooth,thepowersupplycharacteristicsmoment,suitablefortaketheperceptualload,suchasmotorstart-up.C3,C4everyparallelconnectiona0.1uF/63VCBBcapacitance,filtertohighfrequencyinterference,makeinputtointegratedcircuitsL11,L12ofdcasfaraspossiblethesmoothandpure. (4)ByLM317outputvoltagecircuitispower,LM337outputnegativesupply.LM317andLM337areusedinternalheatLoad,containsovercurrentprotection,hotoffandsafetyworkingareaforperfectprotectioncircuit,thatpowercansavethefuse,andsoeasylossdevice.Regulatingcircuit: tomeettheneedsofthedifferentapplicationsituationandthevoltageissettocanbeadjusted.ThecalculationoftheoutputvoltageVo=1.25x(1+Rf/R),adjustableresistanceinuse
