第一章打浆流送设备
1.安德里兹泵
工作前:
1>根据装配任务检查场地情况,按工作要求进行整理;
2>按吊装安全操作规程把泵吊运到工作台上
3>对于大型和比较贵重设备结合技术组进行分析装配;
4>准备配件,按零件部件设计标准核实尺寸;
5>工作前准备好所有工具,检查专用工具的可靠性
6>按设备与器皿的合理安置要求放置;
7>准备工具:
开口扳手(14-17,17-19)、18#活口、铜棒、深度尺、内径千分尺(50-200)、游标卡尺(0-150)、外径千分尺(25-50、50-75)、塞尺,锤子、錾子、内六角扳手(Ф4)、刮刀、毛刷。
8>浆泵(S100-265)人员配置:
2人;工作时长:
7小时:
浆泵(S125-350)人员配置:
2人;工作时长:
8小时:
浆泵S150-400人员配置:
2人:
工作时长:
6小时。
工作中:
一、拆卸步骤:
1>用锤子錾子将叶轮备母松开,取下叶轮。
2>取下机封动环,用{14-17}扳手将机封室螺栓旋开,取下机封室及挡水盘,取下静环。
3>用内六角扳手将联轴器顶丝旋开,用专用工装将联轴器扒下,取下键条。
4>用扳手{17-19}将两侧轴承压盖螺栓旋下,将叶轮备母旋到轴上用铜棒轻轻将轴投出。
5>用锤子錾子将传动侧轴承备母旋开取下备母及止退垫圈。
6>用专用工装将两侧轴承取下。
二、;清洗部件:
用柴油将轴,轴承,轴承室,备母,止退垫圈清洗干净,用清水将机封冲洗干净。
用刮刀将各压挤面清理干净。

四、装配顺序:
1>将轴承加热器调到110度,把传动侧轴承及叶轮侧轴承内圈放到加热器内加热20分钟。
2>将叶轮侧轴承外圈下到轴承室内,并旋紧压盖,上好挡水盘并用扳手旋紧顶丝。
3>将传动侧轴承下到轴上并备好圆螺母;再将叶轮侧轴承内圈下到轴上。
4>将轴下到轴承室内并上好压盖,旋紧螺栓。
5>将机封静环下到机封室内,将机封室上好并旋紧螺栓。
6>将机封动环下到轴上,上好垫片,将叶轮下到轴位,上好止退垫片及备母。
7>将联轴器加热后用工装下到轴位,用内六角扳手将顶丝旋紧。
工作后:
1〉清理现场,将工具擦干净放到工具箱内
2〉将泵吊运到已修备件区
3〉填写《设备检修档案》及《设备维修记录》,没有编号的新泵做好设备编号
4〉提出零部件报废申请
5〉核实备品备件储备定额
6〉对装配设备故障进行分析总结反馈
7〉对设备薄弱环节立项处理,结合技术组制定详细的改进方案
8〉通知车间专责人运回并修复记录上签字
注意事项
1>机封装配完成必须进行密封试验,确保无泄漏。
2>叶轮装配完后必须用塞尺测量间隙,确保叶轮与衬的间隙在0.3-0.5mm.
3>运输过程中禁止碰撞,避免机封损坏。
2、两相流浆泵
工作前:
1>根据装配任务检查场地情况,按工作要求进行整理;
2>按吊装安全操作规程把泵吊运到工作台上
3>研究和熟悉需装配设备和备件的装配图;
4>准备配件,按零件部件设计标准核实尺寸;
5>工作前准备好所有工具,检查专用工具的可靠性
6>按设备与器皿的合理安置要求放置;
7>准备工具:
锤子、錾子、内径千分尺(50-200)、外径千分尺(25-50)、深度尺、开口扳手(12-14、17-19)、扒子、铜棒、轴承加热器、管钳。
8>人员配置:
2人;工作时长:
5.5小时
工作中:
一、拆卸步骤:
1>用扒子扒下联轴器,取下键条。
2>用开口[17-19]拧下两边端盖螺栓。
3>用铜棒取下轴。
4>用扒子分别将叶轮,盘根室,盘根压盖,轴套,轴承扒下。
二、清洗:
用柴油将轴承,轴承室,轴,压盖,叶轮清洗干净。
三、测量:
1>100-20轴承台:
转动侧Ф45+0.02+0.01叶轮侧Ф45+0.02+0.01此处为过渡配合。
轴承室:
传动侧Ф85+0.01-0.025叶轮侧Ф85+0.01-0.025此处配合此处配合为过渡配合轴套:
Ф38*Ф50*67轴套台:
Ф38+0.02+0.01叶轮台:
Ф30+0.02+0.01叶轮内孔:
Ф30+0.02+0.01此处配合外过渡配合。
轴长475mm
2>150-24轴承台:
传动侧Ф45+0.02+0.01叶轮侧Ф45+0.02+0.01此处为过渡配合。
轴承室:
传动侧Ф100+0.01-0.025叶轮侧Ф100+0.01-0.025此处配合此处配合为过渡配合轴套:
Ф40*50*100轴套台:
Ф40+0.02+0.01
叶轮台:
Ф30+0.02+0.01叶轮内孔:
Ф30+0.02+0.01配合外过渡配合。
四、装配步骤:
1>将轴承放到加热器内,将温度调至100度。
然后用专用工具将叶轮侧轴承装配到轴上,然后将轴下到轴承室内并上好端盖,旋紧螺栓。
2>将传动侧轴承下好调整好与压盖间隙为0.30MM并上好端盖,旋紧螺栓。
3>分别将轴套,盘根压盖,盘根室下好。
4>将叶轮下好并备好叶轮备母;
5>将联轴器下好。
工作后:
1〉清理现场,将工具擦干净放到工具箱内
2〉将泵刷漆后吊运到已修备件区。
3〉填写《设备检修档案》及《设备维修记录》,没有编号的新泵做好设备编号
4〉提出零部件报废申请
5〉核实备品备件储备定额
6〉对装配设备故障进行分析总结反馈
7〉对设备薄弱环节立项处理,结合技术组制定详细的改进方案
8〉通知车间专责人运回并修复记录上签字
3、管道泵
工作前:
1、根据装配任务检查场地情况,按工作要求进行整理;
2、按吊装安全操作规程把设备吊运到工作台上
3、研究和熟悉需装配设备和备件的装配图;
4、初步察看设备的转动情况,分析下机原因,根据下机原因分析初步判断设备的修理目标以便准备备件。
5、按零件部件设计标准核实尺寸;
6、工作前准备好所有工具,检查专用工具的可靠性
7、按设备与器皿的合理安置要求放置;
8、准备工具:
(14-17、17-19)开口梅花扳手各一、锤子、錾子、轴承工装、柴油、机油、黄油、纸垫、内外径千分尺
9、人员配置:
1人;工作时长:
3.5小时。
工作中:
一、拆卸步骤:
1〉拆开螺栓,取下泵壳;
2〉拆下备母,取下叶轮、叶轮键;
3〉取下机械密封,取下联体座、机封室;
4〉拆下轴、轴承;
5〉清洗轴、轴承室

二、装配步骤:
1〉把轴承下到轴上,在下入联体座
2〉用螺栓把电机与联体座紧固;
3〉把机封定环下到联体座机封室,动环下到泵轴上;
4〉把叶轮装键、叶轮下到泵轴上,备紧备母;
5〉加水试验机封是否密封良好;
6〉把泵壳与联体座用螺栓紧固;
工作后:
1>清理现场,将工具擦干净放到工具箱内
2>填写《设备检修档案》及《设备维修记录》,没有编号的做好设备编号
3>提出零部件报废申请
4>核实备品备件储备定额
5>对装配设备故障进行分析总结反馈
6>对设备薄弱环节立项处理,结合技术组制定详细的改进方案
7>通知车间专责人运回并修复记录上签字
4、隔膜泵
工作前:
1>根据装配任务检查场地情况按场地要求进行整理。
2>将隔膜泵搬运到工作台上
3>研究和熟悉需装配设备和备件的装配图。
4>准备配件按零部件设计标准核实尺寸。
5>工作前准备好所有工具检查专用工具的可靠性。
6>按设备与器具的合理安置要求放置。
7>准备工具:
(10-12、11-13、14-17、19-22、24-27)开口、M5内六角扳手、钳子、锤子、卡簧钳、锯条、游标卡尺
8>隔膜泵1寸、
寸人员配置:

5小时;隔膜泵(QBY-40、QBY-65)人员配置:

工作中;
一、拆卸步骤:
1〉拆下泵体中的主阀组件或配气阀;
2〉拆下泵体上方出料口,取下球及球座;
3〉拆下泵体下方进料口,取下球及球座;
4〉拆下泵体两端工作腔、端盖及隔膜片;
5〉拆下泵体内的连杆及连杆铜套;
6〉拆下泵体内的导气阀及导气阀套;
7〉拆下消声器。
二、清洗部件:
1〉用柴油清洗主阀组件、配气阀,洗净后吹干涂机油;
2〉用水洗洗泵体内部、工作腔、隔膜片、球、球座上的涂料;
3〉所用螺栓螺母全部涂机油润滑,方便拆装。

四、装配步骤:
1〉把导气阀套、导气阀装入泵体内部;
2〉把连杆铜套、连杆装入泵体内部;
3〉把隔膜片裝在泵体两侧,固定在连杆上,压紧工作腔端盖;
4〉在泵体下方装配进料口及泵球、球座;
5〉在泵体上方装配出料口及泵球、球座;
6〉把主阀组件或配气阀按顺序装配在泵体上;
7〉在排气孔装上消声器;
8〉检验;
9〉填写纪录。
工作后:
1>清理现场,将工具擦干净放到工具箱内
2>填写《设备检修档案》及《设备维修记录》,没有编号的做好设备编号
3>提出零部件报废申请
4>核实备品备件储备定额
5>对装配设备故障进行分析总结反馈
6>对设备薄弱环节立项处理,结合技术组制定详细的改进方案
7>通知车间专责人运回并修复记录上签字
5、大锥度精浆机
工作前:
1>根据装配任务检查场地情况按场地要求进行整理。
2>研究和熟悉需装配设备和备件的装配图。
3>准备配件按零部件设计标准核实尺寸。
4>工作前准备好所有工具检查专用工具的可靠性。
5>按设备与器具的合理安置要求放置。
6>准备工具:
锤子、錾子、螺丝刀、轴承加热器、外径千分尺、内径千分尺、专用工具、铜棒、10个内六角扳手、17-19、24-27开口扳手、液压扒子
7>人员配置:
2人;工作时长:
7.5小时。
一、拆卸步骤:
1〉用内六角扳手(10mm)卸下传动侧与操作侧压盖的螺栓将压盖取下
2〉用内六角扳手(10mm)将操作侧
