永登煤业丰阳煤矿采矿专项初步设计
摘要:
本设计是根据河南省永登煤业丰阳煤矿的实际情况进行的采矿专项初步设计。
设计井田面积为10.6km2,矿井设计生产能力60万t/a。
井田内地质结构简单,煤层赋层较深,倾角32°,平均煤层厚度4.36m,相对瓦斯涌出量为16.6m3/t,为高瓦斯矿井。
煤层无自然发火倾向,矿井涌水量少,正常涌水量50m3/h,最大涌水量100m3/h。
设计主要对矿井开拓方式、准备方式、采煤方法进行了初步设计,采用立井三水平开拓方式,采区式准备方式,走向长壁采煤方法,综采放顶煤采煤工艺,用全部垮落法处理采空区。
两翼对角式通风。
矿井工作制度为三八制,两班采煤,一班准备。
矿井采用大型现代化设备进行矿井的采煤、运输、和通风,以科技进步推动矿井的现代化发展,确保安全高效。
