第一章总则
第一条:
本会名称:
宿松李氏文化研究会、李氏宗亲联谊会。
第二条:
本会是由爱国爱乡、爱族并热心李氏家文化挖掘、研究和支持本会工作的宗亲们自愿组成的民间社团组织,是宿松李氏联络宗亲的桥梁和纽带。
第三条:
本会宗旨:
坚决拥护中国共产党的领导,遵守政府的法律和法规,遵循“崇祖、爱国、和谐、发展”的方针;开展文化挖掘和研究,传承弘扬中华民族的优秀文化和传统美德;为海内外宿松李氏宗亲寻根问祖提供服务,协助党和政府加强海内外炎黄子孙的联系,提升向心力,增强凝聚力,激发桑梓情谊,团结海内外李氏宗亲、社会贤达为振兴中华,把祖国建设成和平统一、富强、民主、文明、和谐的现代化社会主义国家而努力。
为此,我们的理事会成员,不能有因犯罪被判刑的人员参加。
第二章会务范围

第五条:
编辑出版《李氏族刊》,宣传党的方针、政策及本会的宗旨,报导本会的工作和相关活动,转载国内外有关名篇及信息,与国内外相关机构进行交流取经,以利开展工作。
第六条:
定期续修族谱及举办各种类型的研究会,学习、宣扬前人的历史贡献史实及其美德;开展各项公益活动。
第七条:
自筹资金:
取之于民,用之于民。
接受各界热心人士的捐赠,募集会员会费及管理费用。
第三章会员
第八条:
会员入会条件
1、凡宿松李氏宗亲,拥护并遵守本会章程,按期交纳会费,均可自愿参加;
2、积极支持本会工作并热心李氏家族公益服务,有奉献精神,能服从和完成本会交办的临时性工作任务;3、城乡贫困户宗亲自愿入会,须本人提交书面申请,经联谊会理事会审查批准,可免交会费。
第九条:
会员入会程序
1、书面或口头提出申请,填写会员申请登记表,由联谊会审批;2、会员经联谊会讨论通过,交本人一寸免冠登记照两张和当年会费,由秘书长统一收取;

第十条:
会员可享受的优惠待遇
会员子女参加高考,成绩优异者,联谊会以一定形式给予祝贺、鼓励;对特别贫困者,由理事会决定,联谊会以一定形式给予帮助、扶持;第十一条:
会员的权利
1、有本会的选举权、被选举权和表决权;
2、对本会工作的批评建议权和监督权;
3、获得本会服务和帮助的优先权;4、入会自愿、退会自由。
第十二条:
会员的义务
1、每年在规定时间足额交纳当年会费;2、主动热情联络本族人士,联系赞助单位和族亲;
3、模范执行族规族约,不搞派别,维护本族的形象和团结;4、服从和执行本会各项决议,完成本会交付的任务,提供本会所需的资料;
5、协助本会开展有关活动,并为本会宣传和交流活动提供必要的支持。
第十三条:
会员如果一年不交纳会费或无正当理由多次不参加本会活动视为自动离会。
会员有严重违反本会章程的行为,经联谊会表决,劝其退会。
