3.1Atmosphericenvironment
大气环境
Variousenvironmentsmayoftenappearsimultaneouslyandalsoincombinationwithmechanicalenvironment

whichthecableterminalmaybesubjected.
各种环境因素有可能经常出现同时与机械环境相结合。
3.2段.功能和寿命要求应该所有环境的总和,电缆终端环境可能被接受。
3.1.1Temperature
温度
Thecableterminalmaybeexposedfortemperaturesintheintervall-40oC->+125oC.
电缆终端可能会被曝光温度在-40oC->间隔+125oC.
3.1.2Gases
气体
Theconnectormaygetincontactwithfollowinggases:

3.2Mechanicalenvironment

4.1TestMethods实验方式
Testmethodsaccordingtofollowingspecificationandwiththoseadditionsthatthesupplierconsider

4.1.1General概述
Unlessotherwisestated,alltestproceduresshallbecarriedoutinanambienttemperatureof23oC±5oCand
arelativehumiditybetween45%and75%.
除非有特殊说明,所有测试程序应在周围环境温度23度±5摄氏度、相对湿度在45%至75%下被实施。
Eachtestsequenceshallbestartedwithunusedspecimens,specifiedinthedocumentationfortherespective
partnumber.
每个测试序号应与未使用的标本,开始在各自的文档中指定零件编码。
Crimpedterminationsshallbefixedtothecablewithacrimpingtoolusedinaccordancewiththecableterminal
manufacturer´srecommendations.

Unlessotherwisespecifiedunderrespectivesubtest,thecableterminalshallhavea500+10/0mmcable.

Betweentwoconsequetiveteststhetestspecimenshallnotbeexposedtootherstresses.Thescrewjointis
tightenedwithatorqueof12±2NmforM8and5±1.2NmforM6screwsifthefoundationisbrass.
Ifthefoundationisofsteelsheet(groundingjoint,weldingnut)thetorqueis20±2Nmresp8±1.2Nm.
两个受保护的测试样品不得使其暴露承受任何压力。
螺纹连接是加强12±2Nm扭矩的M8和5±1.2NmN6螺丝如果地基是黄铜,如果地基是钢板,(接地接头、焊接螺母)的扭矩是20±2Nmresp8±1.2Nm.
4.1.2TestObjects测试对象
Eachtestsamplegroupshallcontainatleast10testpieces.
每个测试样品组应当包含至少十个测试快
Measurementsshallbetakenonaminimumoftwocontactsperringcableterminalunlessotherwisespecified
inthetestmethods.
测量应采取至少两个连接器在每圈的电缆终端除非在实验方法里有特殊说明。
4.1.3Visualexamination外观检查
Visualexaminationshallallowidentification,appearance,workmanshipandfinishoftheitemtobechecked
againsttherelevantspecification.
外观检查应当允许标识、外观、工艺品、和完成项目的检查以及相关的规范。
Iftheringcableterminalhasacableinsulationsupport,theinsulationcrimpshallnotcutthroughtheinsulation
andshallfirmlyenclosethecable.Bothinsulationandthecableconductorshallbevisiblebetweenthe
conductorcrimpandtheinsulationsupportonthecableterminal(seefig.1and2),unlessotherwisespecified
inthecrimprecommendedoftherespectivecableterminalmanufacturer.
