1.Purpose
ThepurposeofthisprocedureistoprovidethecommissioningprocedureforFDFsystem,ensurethatFDFbody,motor,ductandauxiliaryequipmentaresafety,FDFsystemoperationperformanceisnormal,controlandprotectsystemiscorrect,FDFsystemcanmeettheordinaryoperationrequirementofgeneratorunit.

(3)Verifytheearthingoffanmotorandsafeguardofcouplingbeforestartfan.
(4)Assignasitesupervisorandkeepawayataxialsafezonewhilerunningfans.
(5)TriptheFDFmanuallywhenitoutofcontrolorrunningobviouslyabnormal,anditcanbestartedagainafterbeingcheckclearly.
(6)WhileFDFshutdownaccidentally,beforecomingintoductandFDFbody,thepowershouldbecutofffirst,andhangingasignofNOOPERATION.

(4)Removingofdebrisandscaffoldaroundfan.Thereisgoodcoveringoftrenchandnoflammables&explosiveslocally.

StartoneIDFasitsprocedureandkeeptheblade’sopeningat0percent.Adjustbladeaccordingtherequirement,afterstart-up.
7.2.3CheckandsatisfytheFDFstartupcondition
7.2.4StartuptheFDF,triptheFDFinlocalwhentheelectricalcurrentisnormal.
7.2.5StartupFDFagain,measuresandverifiestheFDFvibrationvaluewhentheelectricalcurrentisnormal.
7.2.6AdjustthebladeopeningofIDF,opentheFDFbladeslowly,andkeepthefurnacenegativepressureatconstant.
7.2.7StartupanotherIDFandkeepthebladeopeningat0percent,startupanotherFDFandopenthebladeslowly,keepthefurnacepressureconstantly.
7.2.8AdjusttheFDFbladeopening;keeptheFDFrunningatthedifferentopeningof30%,50%,75%and100%.
