Teachingmanagementisanimportantpartofthecomprehensivereformoftheprofessionaldevelopment,scientificandstandardizedmanagementofteachingistoimproveteachingqualityandefficiency,andenhancethefundamentalguaranteeoftheoveralllevelofCollegeEducationteachingmanagementlevelincludingraisingthelevelofteachers,disciplinebuildingandinstitutionbuilding,improvetheteachingmanagementmechanismperfection.

ExcellenceEngineerEducationandTrainingProgram“isdesignedtodevelopindustry-oriented,orientedtothefuture,theworld’soutstandingengineeringtalent.Concernedaboutthepersonnelstructureoftheteamteamtofurtherimprovetheteamofhighlyeducated,highproportionofofficersTitle,cultureimpactathomeandabroad,andtheintroductionofacademicstandardsinthesubjectareasinaleadingposition,theiconicleaderoftheresearchtalent,trainingandtheintroductionofteachingandresearchachievementsintheeducationsectorinatop-notchstatusaffectthestandardofteachingintheprofessional,iconicteachersteaching,trainingandtheintroductioninfluentialintheindustry,theleveloftechnologyintheindustryintheleadstatustheiconicapplicationoftheresultsoftheengineeringelite.
