Introduction:
In1886,theworld'sfirstmotorcarcameequippedwithone.Sincethen,mankindgoodbyetothe"buggyera",enteredthe"ageoftheautomobile."Thustheartofwalkinghumansgivenanewmeaning.Thisnotonlychangedpeople'swayoflife,butalsochangesintheworldeconomy,culture,penetratedintoallareasofhumanproductionandlife,directlyaffectsthehumandevelopmentprocess.Peoplecannothelpbutexclaim:

safe,inexpensive,environmentallyfriendly,practical,efficient,savingtimeandprovidingcontactwiththeoutsideworld,whichmeansautomotiveindustrymustfocusonlow-cost,practicality,designandtechnicalinnovation."today,inthisnetworkdriveoftheday,digitalapplicationsisgrowingatanunprecedentedrateandthewaytointegratethecar'sdesign,engineering,procurementandmanufacturingintegratethebusiness,whichenablesustoshortenthedevelopmenttimeofthecar,andatafasterspeedtomarketofnewcars.Therearetwomainaspects:
First,thecardesign.Asmoreandmoreuseofcomputertoolstobeabletodevelopmoremodels,modelsinashortertime.Asmoreandmoreuseofmathematicalmodelstosimulatethedesignverificationcanbeachievedandrecognizedautomotiveaerodynamics,anti-collisionperformance,manufacturability,thusgreatlyreducingdevelopmenttime.Meanwhilecarmanufacturersareincreasinglyusingvirtualvehicleconcept,eliminatingtheneedtoproducephysicalprototypescanbeassembledtoobserve,simulatevehicleperformanceandmanufacturingprocesses,andtocarryoutmoreandmoremanufacturers,researchinstitutes,governmentandamongsuppliersstrategicpartnershiptofurtheracceleratethevehicledevelopmenttime.
Astheleadingconsumerlifestyleautomotivedesigntrends,thebirthofanewkindofcar,andthenmoreandmoretomeetconsumerdemand.Thesenewproductswillbeacombinationofsedan,stationwagon,pickuptrucks,sportutilityvehiclecharacteristicsinvaryingdegrees,butalsowillcontributetofurtherdifferentiatetheautomotivemarket.

PM2.5referstothediameteroftheatmosphereislessthanorequalto2.5micronparticles,becauseitisdifficulttohumansettlementandwillbedirectlyinhaledintothelungsandintotheblood,soitwillthreatenpeople'shealth,especiallythoselivinginhavingthousandsmillionpeopleandhundredsofmillionvehiclesinbigcitiespeople.Foracarprices,althoughunabletomakechangestotheenvironmentofthecity,butavoidsittinginthecarthroughtechnicalinnovationssuchpersoninhaledparticulatematter.PM2.5GreenNettechnologyintothecarofadiameterlessthanorequalto2.5micronparticlesbyelectrostaticeffectssimilartoblockingandfiltering,andultimatelyachievetheeffectof:
outdoorPM2.5ishigherthanthevalueinthecaseof150,thevalueofthecarPM2.5under12,whichisequivalenttothelevelofexcellentairqualityindexlevel.
January10,2013,world-classtechnicalanalysismeetingheldinBeijing,BYDannouncedaproductcalled"greenclean"carnewtechnologythatcaneffectivelydealwithfogandhazetravelproblems.
Theso-called"greenclean"technologyisinsidetheairfiltertechnology,whichcanbetriplecarairpurifier,PM2.5controlthecarin12orless,provideahealthyenvironmentforairpassengersinthecar,andtheentirepurificationprocessonlyafewseconds.Inaddition,formanysufferingfrom"passivesmoking"troubledpeoplewhobelievethat"greenclean"technologywillbeabig"welfare."Itisunderstood,pm2.5GreenNettechnologyintegrationinthecarair-conditioningsystems,enablingthecarorvehicleairpm2.5testing,andhaveforcarairfiltration,sterilization,deodorantandotherpurification.Thetechnologywillpurifytheairthroughfour,bypurifyingtheairpm2.5valuecanbereducedto12orless,forthemajorityofuserstobeabletocreatealittlespacetobreathehealthyair.

BYD"greennet"includestwocoretechnologies-electretelectrostaticcapturetechnologyanddualESPtechnology.Usingelectrostaticcaptureelectretchargedelectretfineparticlesintheairtochangedirection,theimpactonthefilterfibersareintercepted.ESPartdualelectrostaticgeneratorchargedparticlesintheair,duetotheelectrostaticeffectthroughHAFwasblockedmaterialremoved.
