Alongwiththemodernsciencetechnology'sprogressandtheproductiveforcesrapiddevelopment,theglobalcompetitionisdaybydayintense,theeconomicglobalizationtendencyisirresistible,inadditionpoliticsandtheculturebringhugetransformation,“thevaluechain”theconceptispreciselyappearsunderthiskindofenvironment.itfirstismanagesMasterfamousbytheUStheMichael·baudinabookproposedin"Competitiveadvantage".Afterwardsoon,thevaluechainaswellashasintroducedChinabasedonthevaluechain'smodeofadministration,shouldbeanaspect,forourcountry'sreform,theopening,thedevelopmentmakethecontribution,alsohasprovidedthetheorybasisforenterprise'scompetitiveadvantage.Valuechainintroductionfinancialinventoryaccountingthedomain,utilizedthevaluechaintheorythefinanceandaccountanttheaspectcarriesontheresearchonlythenjusttoemergesoon,ourcountryatthebeginningof2004,hasstartedaresearchvaluechainaccountant'shightide.Butlookingfromauthor'sresearch,thechainandthefinancialstrategyunionconductstheresearchnottohavenearly.

in2008theglobalfinanceoutsourcingmarketsizewillamountto47,600,000,000USdollars.TheIDCresearchalsodiscoveredthatthefinancialoutsourcingmainlyconcentratedinthetransactionsupervisoryservice,thehigh-levelfundmanager'shandlingoftrafficserviceandbusinessconsultantservesandsoondomains,costcuttingwasstillthefinancialoutsourcingoutsourcingprimarycause,solvedthestrategicbusinessproblemdemandalsograduallytobecomeanimportantimpetusfinanceoutsourcingreason.
