第一章企业概况和项目的基本情况
第一节企业概况
邵阳市宝马锁业电器有限公司位于资江南岸,西外街地段,公司占地面积7600㎡,厂房建筑面积8000㎡,拥有多类机械设备等固定资产1033万元,是大祥区的规模骨干企业。
现有职工226人,其中各类技术人员56人,具有高级职称的9人,中级职称的32人。
公司的主要产品为虎威牌系列防盗锁,经过扩建和多次技术改造,现年生产能力已达到38万把,销售收入1500万元,产销率为98%,上交税金120万元,实现利润86万元。
公司先后取得了意大利耶鲁(YALE)制锁公司、香港PLC锁具专业中心、香港建基公司等一些国际大公司在国内唯一授权定点生产厂家。
第二节项目简介
红外线探测技术和无线接收技术是现今较成熟的技术,将两者同防盗锁整合在一个平台上,便形成了智能防盗锁。
邵阳市宝马锁业电器有限公司投产十多年来,通过不断扩建和技改,消化和吸收国内外的先进技术,不仅实现了科技进步,同时也使职工队伍的素质得到提高,特别是技术管理水平更臻成熟。
如冲压车间已形成年产110吨锁体能力,原表面处理车间在上期技改中,已形成年产40万套锁能力,为智能防盗锁的批量生产奠定了基础。
下岗、吸毒、暴力、贫富差距拉大等一些不稳定的因素,使老百姓把安全放在居家生活的首位,一些部门或单位的重要部位也希望能适时监控,客观上造成了对智能防盗锁的需求,也为我公司智能锁的生产和销售提供了保证,为此,我公司拟立足现有的生产设备,通过适当技术改造,使智能防盗锁的年生产能力达到10万套。
第三节智能防盗锁的功能与特点
通过一年的性能试验、破坏性试验和安全性试验,智能防盗锁已开发成功,它是采用数字处理技术、模拟识别技术的一种高科技产品,其结构简单、新颖,功能齐全,技术可靠。
1、主要功能
(一)无线异地接收报警
凡非正常开启锁或破门、窗进入房间,智能防盗锁将自动通过电话向房主本人手机、BP机及值班电话报警。
报警时,可向两组不同的电话、手机、BP机连续通知报警两次。
录入的报警电话号码、语言信息断电可保存10年。
(二)全锁保险
本锁具有自动碰撞锁定功能。
关门时,当碰舌撞门框后,锁舌就自动弹出,将门锁闭,此时锁处于自锁状态。
出门关门后,用钥匙插入锁芯孔反转360度后拨出钥匙,即具有外保内功能,即使小偷进入室内转动执手也无法开锁出门。
在室内,关门后,推上止动钮,在室外用钥匙开门也无法将门开启,即具有内保外功能。
2、主要特点
(一)、智能预警,无线接收装置内含电子录音、电子拨号系统,并预设2个电话号码,一旦出现异常,它会根据预设电话号码自动通过电话机两次拨号,将用户录音发送出去。
通知用户及值班掌握情况。
(二)结构新颖,机构灵活,具有自动碰锁机构。
(三)功能齐全,具有自动锁闭,外保内,内保外功能和无线异地报警等功能。
(四)安装方便,无线防盗报警锁三部分之间采用无线连接,安装灵活,方便。
(五)安全可靠,具有防锯、防撬、防拉、防拨、防冲击、防卸等高防盗功能。
锁体坚固,保险性能好,锁心采用“十”字、“S”槽等多种形状,可防用其他钥匙或异物开启。
其无线报警装置,让用户有着在家的感觉。
(六)、耗电量小,本锁使用是市场常见的9伏6F22型号电池,平常处于睡眠状态,一旦出现异常状况,就会被激活,正常情况下电池能使用一年以上。
更换也极为方便。

近年来,智能防盗锁以其良好的功能和可靠性越来越受到用户的青睐,随着人们生活水平的提高,在可预见的将来,智能防盗锁的需求会大幅提高,市场前景看好。

1、生产现状
我国防盗锁工业起步较晚,近二十年来,虽然防盗锁生产发展较快,但仍不能满足市场的需求,特别是在品种、规格、质量上与国外有很大的差距。
2、扩大智能防盗锁生产规模的可行性
我国防盗锁生产中存在着两大问题:
一是使用复杂;二是防盗性能差。
目前市面上所出现的防盗锁参差不齐,好的防盗锁按键多、操作复杂,不易于使用;差的锁甚至出现一把钥匙开多把锁的现象,不利于防盗。
所以调整产品结构,在品种上向真正防盗方向上发展,将是我公司增产增效的战略性决策,也顺应了市场的需求。
第三章智能锁投产的有利条件
1、我公司有着十多年的生产防盗锁的经验和技术以及先进的生产流水线。
对现有的设备、设施略加改造即可满足智能防盗锁的生产要求。
2、我公司在1999年开始F5-9自动防盗锁生产试验,并正式批量生产已取得成功,各项性能指标均符合GA/T73-94标准要求。
3、我公司已培养了一支既能生产,又能组织扩建的技改队伍,具备从事设计和生产的实践经验,有能力承当起技术改造任务,加上有关专家的指导,项目上马后对现有的技术工人略加培训,即可进行正常生产。
4、多年来,我公司已建立了稳定销售网点和市场信誉,产品以外销为主,这些都为智能防盗锁的销售奠定了基础。
5、原材料、能源、运输等有着稳定的供应基地和渠道,增大产量后,这些基地和渠道能继续满足需求。
6、我公司的虎威牌防盗锁质量稳定,在市场上有较强的竞争能力。

1、新建车间
本项目投产,需新增加厂房1000㎡,增加一条电子电路组装生产线。
2、利用车间
利用装配厂房进行改造用于红外线探测调试。
3、供电
本项目需增容500KW,公司内另配置高压配电房。
第五章环境保护及劳动安全
本项目建成投产后,生产中的废料是生铁,直接被铁厂回收;喷漆等车间通风、降温、防尘环保措施得力;厂房远离城区,噪音控制在有效范围以内;工业废水量少,每天不足一吨,且达到国家排放标准,所以本项目不会造成任何环境污染。
劳动安全配置相应的劳动保护装置,以及采用必要的消防措施,达到安全生产要求。

第一节投资效益分析
此项目投产后,按设计的生产能力计算,每年可生产防盗锁10万套,但考虑到销售因素和资金情况,根据市场调查结果,按初步已落实的销售情况分析,每年可销售产品9万套,,总产值可达近5400万元,税收420万元,利润640万元。

第三节还贷

第八章结论
1、智能防盗锁投入规模生产是开拓市场的需要,其附加值高、功能齐全、效益可观,是我公司调整产品结构占领市场的重要决策。
2、本项目投产后可增加防盗锁销售收入6000万元,年平均销售税金540万元,年增利税总额728万元。
