（1）建造合同日期定义Definitionofdateof“ContractforConstruction“asperIACSPR29（Rev.2）：

Thedateof“ContractforConstruction“ofavesselisthedateonwhichthecontracttobuildthevesselissignedbetweenprospectiveownerandtheshipbuilder.Thisdateandconstructionnumbers（ieHullNumbers）ofallvesselsincludethecontractaretobedeclaredtotheclassificationbythepartyapplyingassignmentofclassforanewbuilding.

建造合同日期是由预期的船东和船厂之间签署一艘船舶的建造合同日期。

其合同（涉及所有船舶）日期和船舶建造工程号（如船厂编号）应由申请建造入级的申请方向入级船级社提出书面声明。

（2）系列姐妹船（aseriesofsistervessels）：

“aseriesofsistervessels”isaseriesofvesselsbuilttothesameapprovedplansforclassificationpurpose,underasinglecontractforconstruction.

系列姐妹船是在一个单一合同中标明的按照相同批准图纸建造的船舶。

（3）选择权船舶（Optionalships）：

Optionalshipswillbeconsideredpartofsameseriesofsistervesselsiftheoptionisexercisednotlaterthan1yearafterthecontracttobuildtheserieswassigned.

选择权船舶将被认为属于系列姐妹船的一部分，条件是其选择权在系列船舶合同签署之后1年之内生效。

（4）填写说明（Instructionforfilling）：

a.如果签署一个建造合同包括实际船舶艘数，没有选择权船舶，填写A项。

b.如果签署一个建造合同包括实际船舶艘数和选择权船舶，如5+5，则填写B项（前5艘船舶）。

c.上述合同中说明的选择权船舶且在1年中生效，如+5船舶则填写B+C项。

d.申请方填写建造入级申请并签署、盖章，认为属于

（1）的书面声明。

e.对图纸审批，本申请适用于系列姐妹船；对建造检验，本申请适用于1艘建造入级船舶。
