本单元语法回顾
一)情态动词should的用法
情态动词should和can,may,must一样,没有人称和数的变化,有词意,但都不能单独作谓语,必须和后面的动词原形一起构成谓语。
基本意思是“应当,应该”,常用来表示建议或命令等。
其否定式是shouldn’t,疑问式应把should提前。
E.g.Youshouldworkhard.
E.g.Youshouldn’tplaysoccerinthestreet.
E.g.ShouldIbuythebookforyou?
注意:
常用句型Youshould/shouldn’tdosth表示“建议某人(不)做某事”。
