1Musichaslongbeenusedtotreatpatientssufferingfromdifferentproblems.In400BC,itshealingpropertiesweredocumentedbytheancientGreeks.Morerecently,inbothworldwarsinthelastcentury,medicalworkersusedmusictherapy(疗法)withpeoplesufferingfromtrauma(外伤).Currently,itisusedasatreatmentformanydiseases,suchascancer,andithasalsobeenusedwithpatientswithlong-termpainandlearningdisabilities.
