Toensuregoodperformanceofthemechanicalstructurewelding,single-sidedpadshouldbeslightlylargertoensurethatthecopperandsubstratetiedgoodfocus,andthuswillnotbeshockedwhenthecopperstrip,brokenoff.Generalweldingringwidthshouldbegreaterthan0.3mm.Paddiametershouldbeslightlylargerthanthediameterofthedevicepins,butnottoolarge,toensurepinandpadbythesolderconnectionbetweentheshortestdistance,plateholesizeshouldnothinderthenormalconditionsforthedegreeofinvestigation,thepaddiameterisgenerallygreaterthanpindiameter0.1-0.2mm.Multi-pindevicetoensureasmoothinvestigationdocumentscanalsobelarger.

Voltagefeedbacksampling,inordertoavoidhighcurrentthroughthealignmentofthefeedbackvoltageonthesamplingpointmustbethemostperipheralpoweroutputtoincreasetheloadeffectoftargetmachine.
