Professionalsportteamsreceivesupportfromtheirhostcitiesintheformofpublicsubsidies,financialincentives,andpublicservices.Publicsupportderivesfromtheexpectationthatateamwillrendereconomicandsocialbenefitstothecommunity.Claimsofeconomicbenefitsassociatedwithateamhavebeenwidelydiscredited,andclaimsaboutnon-economicbenefitsaremerelyanecdotal.Inorderforcitiestoreapbenefitsfromhostingateam,teamandpublicadministratorsmustshifttheirfocusfromimpacttoleverage.Threeinterrelatedrealmsofleveragingopportunitycanbeidentified:
economicdevelopment,placemarketing,andsocialwelfare.Strategicactionformulatedandimplementedpursuanttodesiredbenefitscanrendergainsthatwouldotherwisenotbeobtained.Leveragingcanserveeconomicdevelopmentbystabilisingtheworkforce,enhancingthetaxbase,andfosteringarearedevelopment.Leveragingenablestheteamtobebuiltintocitybranding,whichcanbecomplementedbyspecifictacticsdesignedtoattractbusinessandtourists,andtoboostcommunityself-esteem.Leveragingcanalsoenabletheteamtosupportcommunity-buildingefforts,andtoamelioratesocialissues.Furtherworkisneededtoexplorefactorsthatfacilitateandthatinhibitleverageofsportteams,andtoevaluateleveragingstrategies.

kWh,including71%fromPVmodulesand29%frombalanceofsystem(BOS).Thepercentageofembodiedenergyforsiliconpurificationandprocessingreached46%.TheEPBTofthePVsystemwas7.3?

Abstract
Wastetirescausebothhealthandenvironmentalproblemsandthishasforcedgovernmentstodeveloplawsforrecycling.Thereareseveraldifferentrecyclingprocessesforend-of-lifetiresinwhichsteelisrecoveredandrubberisreused.However,thereuseofotherpartsofthewastetiresiscurrentlynotpossible.Theseotherpartsmainlyconsistoftextilesthatareseparatedfromthetireduringtherecyclingprocess¨Cthismaterialisusuallyknownas¡®fluff¡¯.Inthisstudyaprocedureforthedesignofmaterialswithsuperioracousticpropertiesusingthismaterialwasdeveloped.Themaincomponentoftheacousticmaterialistextilewastefrommechanicallyfragmentedtiresobtainedthroughrecyclingactivity.Thedesignprocessisbasedonseveralparameters:
acousticabsorptioncoefficientmeasurementbytheimpedancetubemethod,acousticmodelling,mechanicalcharacterizationofthematerialand,finally,finiteelementmodellingoftheendacousticproduct.Inthisworkitwasalsoestablishedthatthemechanicalandacousticpropertiesneedtobeoppositetoobtainthedesiredcharacteristicsinthematerialsunderinvestigation.Inordertoproduceacompetitivematerialformedcompletelyfromtextilewastefromrecycledtires,asolutionformedbytwolayersisproposed.Thisapproachwasusedtoprovideaself-supportingmaterialwithahighacousticabsorptioncoefficientforuseinacousticceilingtiles.
