I.Summary
Thisunitisadaptedtopre-treatmentthesampleofwaterandsteamforchemicalanalysisofthermo-equipment,manualsampling,on-linequalityanalysisofwaterandsteam,computersupervisingofthecheckedparameters.
Thisunitcomposesofthreebasicsections:
CXDseriesSamplingUnitofChemicalanalysis,whichfunctionsinpre-treatment,manualsampling,providingeligiblesampleforon-linechemicalanalysis;Analysisinstrumentscreen,onwhichinstallson-linechemicalanalysisinstrumentandrecorddisplayeretc.;Computercontrolsystem,whichfunctionsindatacollection,treatment,display,reportsprint,supervising,andepigynouscomputercontrolcommunicationetc.
Clientscanselectpartoftheunitorselectallaccordingtodemand.
II.CXDseriessamplingunitofchemicalanalysis
1.Technicalcharacteristic
Usingatotalcompletenewtechno-route,thisunitacquiresoutstandingbenefitthatothersamplingunitscannotmatch,eitherdomesticoroverseas.Indetail,thecharacteristicsareasbelow:
(1)Thesamplingunitadoptshigh-efficiencytemperature-pressurereductor(withpatent)forfluidofhigh-temperatureandhigh-pressure.Whenfluidofhigh-temperatureandhigh-pressure(suchaswater,steametc.),flowsalongthisunit,thetemperatureandpressurewillbereduced,thatistheunitworkswithdoublefunctions,oneisasthecooleroftraditionalsamplingunit,theotherisasthereductor.
(2)Thesamplingunitisnotsetwithpressure-onlyreductor,whichputsanendtothetraditionaldisadvantagecausedbyreductorblockresultedintoomuchmaintenance.
(3)Thesampleflowsalongthehigh-efficiencytemperature-pressurereductorinastatusofdeeppuffing,withhighheat-exchangeefficiency.Underthesamecondition,theusageofthecoolingwaterisonly1/2~2/3thatoftheexistingcooler.
(4)Thesampleflowsalongthepipesofthehigh-efficiencytemperature-pressurereductorwithspeedinessthathelpsthewallofpipesself-clean.
(5)Thesamplingunitadoptsanew-typefilter,pole-stylefilter(withpatent),barringmechanicalimpuritygranulewithdiameterover1.4mmwithoutchangingthecompositionofthewatersamplebasically.Pole-stylefiltercanself-cleanforthelargefluxofthesample,block-proof,ifneedbe,theexhaustdrainagevalvecanbestartedtocleanthefilter.Thepole-stylefilterissolidanddurable,exemptfrommaintenance.
(6)Thesamplingunithasacompactstructureoccupyinglittlespace,forexample,ten-pointofsamplingunitis2.5mlong,0.65mwide,and1.6mhigh,everypointofsamplingadded,only0.2mlongerneeded,withoutchangingofwidthandheight,therefore,theoccupyingareaisonly3/5ofthecurrentsamplingunit.

(2)Thefluxofwatersample:
≥1500ml/min
(3)Temperatureoftheoutletwatercanbesetanalarmingratingbytherounddetectorbywhichthemaxabsoluteerrormeasuredshouldnotbehigher/lowerthan1℃.Anyexceedingofthealarmvaluewillcauseautomaticalarming.Thenormalalarmissetat40~50℃.
(4)Pressuresafetyvalveoftheoutletwatersampleissetat0.6~2.8Mpa,adjustable.Inletofcoolingwaterhaspressure-overloadingalarm,withlowestsettingat0.2MPaandhighestsettingat0.8MPa.
4.Formaldimensions
Seventeen-pointssamplingunitis3.6mlong,0.65mwideand1.60mhigh.
5.Debuggingprocedure
5.1.Preparationbeforeoperation
5.1.1.Accordingtothesystemdiagram,befamiliarwiththepositionsandfunctionsofallsectionsforthesamplingunit.
5.1.2.Regulatethepressurelimitsonthecontactsofcoolingwater,andcheckthealarmsystemifnormal.
(1)Setthepressuremeteronthecontactsoftheinletcoolingwaterpipewithalimitat0.2MPa~0.8MPa.
(2)Setthepressuremeteronthecontactsoftheoutletcoolingwaterpipewithalimitat0MPa,andthepressuredifferencetotheinletnotlowerthan0.2MPa
5.1.3.Powerontherounddetector,setthesamplingcycleandalarmvaluesaccordingtoInstructionsettings.
(1)Max.valueofalarmissetat40~45℃
(2)Min.valueofalarmissetat0℃
5.1.4.Checkthenodes,airproofparts,fasteningpartsofthesamplingunitifloosed,checkthevalvesifclosed.
5.2.Pourincoolingwater
5.2.1.Openallin/outball-valvesatallpointsofsamplingforcoolingwater
5.2.2.Openthevalvesforin/outcoolingwaterpipes.Pressuredifferencebetweeninletandoutletofcoolingwaterpipesshouldnotbelowerthan0.2Mpa,asnormal.
5.2.3.Checkthealarm
(1)Regulatetheinletpressureonthecontactsofcoolingwateratmaximum(actualpressureofthecoolingwater,ifalarmed,regardthealarmasnormal.Thenrecoverthepressure0.8MPa.
(2)Regulatetheinletpressureonthecontactsofcoolingwateratminimum(actualpressureofthecoolingwater,ifalarmed,regardthealarmasnormal.Thenrecoverthepressure0.2MPa.
(3)Afterfinishesthealarmdebugging,regulatethepressuredifferencebetweeninletandoutletatastablestatusof0.2MPa.
5.3.Operationofhigh-temperatureandhigh-pressuresystem
Onlyifthecoolingwaterworksinnormalcondition,thehigh-temperatureandhigh-pressuresystemcanbeoperated.
5.3.1.Manualsamplingvalveandtheflowmeterknobareallopened
5.3.2.Closefirstinletandsecondinletvalvesofsamplingwater,drainagevalveandflowcontrolvalve.
5.3.3.Slowlyopenthefirstinletvalveofthesamplingunit,watchtheconnectionsoffilter,thesecondinletvalve,contamination-drainvalvetocheckifleaking,ifleaks,fastenwithspecialspanner(Becareful,workwithglovesagainstscald).

5.3.4.Aftertheconnectionsofthefirstinletvalve,contamination-drainvalveandfilterareconfirmednoleakage,slowlyopenthecontamination-drainvalvetodrainawaythewaterinthepipe,withthetemperatureofwaterheightentoastablepoint,fullyopenthecontamination-drainvalvethencloseimmediately,repeattheoperationofonandoffforaboutthreetimes,thenclosethevalve.
5.3.5.Slowlyopenthesecondinletvalve,watchthesystemofhigh-temperatureandhighpressureifleaking,ifleaks,closethefirstinletvalve,repairtheleakage,thenopenthesecondinletvalve.
5.3.6.Slowlyopenflux-controlvalve,watchthefloateroftheflowmeterrising,ifthewatersampleflowssmoothly,thatwillbeconsiderednormal.
5.3.7.Regulatetheflux-limitvalveofmanualsampling,maketheflowmeterdisplayingafluxabout500ml/min,andregulatetheinstrumentvalvetolettheinstrumentstartworking.
5.4.Temperatureoverloadingprotectiontestfortheelectromagneticvalve
5.4.1.Sizingdowntheinletfluxofthecoolingwater(smallertheopeningofthevalve),watchthedisplayofthetemperaturerounddetector,whenexceedsthealarmtemperature,alarms,andatthesametimetheelectromagneticvalvestartsworkingtocutofftheflowofthesamplewater,thatcertifiesthenormalityoftemperatureoverloadingprotection,thensizinguptheinletfluxofcoolingwater(biggertheopeningofthevalve),recoverthenormalworkingstatus.
5.4.2.Closethefirstvalve,openthecontamination-drainvalve,thepressureofthewater-flowsystem
isreduced,openthewatercircuitwhichhasbeencutoffbythereplacementoftheelectromagneticvalve,thenclosethecontamination-drainvalve,openthefirstvalve,recoverthenormalworkingstatus.Whenthedecontaminationsystempressured,theabove-mentionedoperationcouldnotopentheelectromagneticvalve.Incaseofthat,closetheflow-controlvalveonthemanualsamplingboard,thengototherearofthemanualsamplingboard,loosetheoutletrunningtie-inoftheflow-controlvalve,dischargingtheairaswellasthepressure,sothentheelectromagneticvalvewillautomaticallyopen.
5.5.Coolingwaterpressurereducingalarm
Duringtheoperation,whentheinletpressureofcoolingwaterlowerthan0.2MPa,alarms,atthesametime,theelectromagneticvalveclosesallitsactions,cutsoffthewatercircuit,whenthingshappenedlikethat,findthereasonsthenrepairit(reasons,seethedescriptionsinthemalfunctionanalysiscolumn),thecoolingwaterrecoversthenormalworkingstatus.Iftheelectromagneticvalvedoesnotaction—notopened,doaccordingto5.4.2.
5.6.Debuggingofthesafevalve
5.6.1.Thesafevalveissetbetweentheflux-controlvalveandtheflowmeter,settingworkingpressureof0.6MPa,actingpressureof0.8MPa,whentheflowcircuithasoverloadingpressure,thesafevalveautomaticallyunloads.Thesafevalveisregulatedwellwhenleavingthefactory,normallydoesnotneedregulatingduringtheunitworking.Whenitoperatesforaperiodoftimeorfindsanymalfunction,ifneedbe,rechecksandregulatesthesafevalveasbelow:
