AbstractAdigitalmeterformeasuringtherotationalspeedisintroducedinthispaper.ItiscontrolledbyanMCS-51seriessingle-chipmicrocomputer8032.Itcontainsthefollowingfeatures:
rationaldesign,highaccuracy,widemeasurabilityrangeandpowerfulfunctionanddependability.Moreover,itisverynimbleandconvenienttouse.Theworkprincipleispresentedindetailinthepaperandtheblockdiagramandprogramflowchartaregivenaswell.

Therotorspeedcontrolsystemofindustryisoneoftheimportantparameters.Mechanicaltachometermeasuringspeed,therotorcontactwiththemeasuredobjectmustbetogetthesynchronousspeed,throughtheinternalgearshiftinstructionafterthepointerspeedwiththesizeoftheheader.Useofmechanicaltachometermeasuredobjectcaninterferewithmovement,especiallywhenmeasuredrotormassisverysmall,speedtablesontherotorpressureisnotasmalladditionalload,whichaffectsthemeasurementaccuracy.Thispaperdescribesa8032single-chipmicrocomputerasthecoretothenon-contactDigitalTachometer.
1speedmeasuringprinciple
Thegunspeed-sensitivedeviceswithinfraredsensors,launchedbythespecializedinfrareddetectiondevices,whilereceivingreflectedbackfromthemeasuredobjectinfrared,photoelectricconversionintoelectricalpulsesthroughthesignal,doesnotaffecttherotationoftheobject.Tubesandpipesarefixedinthedetectionofacceptableshelf,throughthelensfocus,semi-transparentfilmnotonlytothereflectedinfraredlightfiredrotatingobjects,theycanrotatetheobjectbythereflectedinfraredlightthroughthetranslucentmembranebackfiredformanagement.Alongthecircumferenceofarotatingbodyevenpastesomereflectionpaper,itdirectedreflectioninfraredtoreceivethereflectedacceptanceoftheinfraredcontrol.
